小小李飞蕉I chose this hotel because the rooms are quite spacious and there's ample parking. The only minor inconvenience is that if you're coming and going during school dismissal times, you'll need a little extra patience. The front desk service was also very good; every time we passed by, we'd exchange glances and get a big smile 😊

GGuest UserThis is the 3rd staying here. The hotel is clean and in good location. Many restaurants nearby and one shopping mall in walking distance. The room is small but enough for 1 or 2 person if you don't have big luggage. It is abit noisy from truck outside in early morning, other than that nothing to complain.

AAnonymous UserTerrible , one of the most horrible customer service I’ve ever encountered! Called the receptionist early on this morning before my arrival to double confirm the booking I made on trip , and recieved rude and unhelpful responses instead. Really ruined the whole mood of the stay. I kept getting interrupted mid sentence asking who am I and why I’m calling , obviously, let me finish my sentence first, but I didn’t even get the chance as he was very impatient and rude!

SSYAH81I had a pleasant experience staying at The Leverage Business Hotel Mergong. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests.
The location is excellent—easily accessible and close to eateries, convenience stores, and main roads, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. I also appreciate the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Alor Setar.

AAQIELAH NAURAHI had a really pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Checking in was very easy and hassle-free, which made the whole experience smooth from the start. The host was responsive and helpful, making sure everything went well during my stay. Overall, it was a cozy and convenient place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

EElwin YapA front desk staff member should be able to understand the customer’s needs and follow clear instructions. On that day, I had three bookings. I specifically informed the staff to prioritize my first VIP guest, who is elderly and required immediate access to the room. However, the staff chose to process all the bookings slowly one by one instead of following the instruction given. As a result, my elderly guest had to wait unnecessarily for a long time.
In addition, when I entered my own room, I found that the toilet was not properly cleaned and there was hair inside. This was quite disappointing and does not reflect the expected standard of cleanliness.
I hope the management can look into this matter and improve the service and housekeeping standards.

BUT maintenance & facilities could be definitely brushed up more.
Tv reception & wifi connection could be better. Yet tv just 3 local channels & wifi very poor connection.
I would stay there again if there will be improvements.

GGuest UserIt was raining heavily and my room was leaking. What's more, the soundproofing was very poor. The noise from the cars and motorcycles on the road made me sleep poorly for almost the whole night. But the rest was pretty good.

AAnonymous UserThe staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
