Alor Setar Hotels with Parking

This is a wonderful place to stay in Alor Setar. I used to work here for two years and know some of the other options. For families, this is definitively the best place: The kids loved the infinity pool and the playground on the rooftop. While the kids were playing, we could relax and enjoy the sunset - at roughly the same height as Alor Setar Tower! That alone makes it worth to stay there :). The apartment is big, with four beds, a washing machine and a huge TV. But contrary to other apartments, this one also has a reception that is really helpful. We will definitively stay here again next time!

I chose this hotel because the rooms are quite spacious and there's ample parking. The only minor inconvenience is that if you're coming and going during school dismissal times, you'll need a little extra patience. The front desk service was also very good; every time we passed by, we'd exchange glances and get a big smile 😊

I had a pleasant stay at Urban Inn Alor Setar 😊 The location is very convenient, with plenty of food options and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay. The check-in process was also smooth, and the staff were generally helpful. The hotel offers good value for money, especially if you’re looking for something simple and budget-friendly. The basic amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay.   However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The WiFi connection can be inconsistent at times, and some facilities may feel slightly worn depending on the room.   Overall, it’s a good choice for a short trip or quick stay. I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, my experience far exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit and highly recommend it to my friends!

Should provide lift or ramp for easy to transport bag or luggage up stairs

The hotel was okay, but the toilet flushed very poorly. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The bedding didn't seem fresh, so we asked for the sheets and pillowcases to be changed, and they did it. There's a pool at the hotel, but it was full of kids (maybe a sports group), all wearing swim caps. We decided not to swim with them.

The location is strategic. you can find food within 5 min walking. Shopping at Central Mall; 10 min walk.. you can find all the food you need along the way or just find something at the mall. The room cleanliness is acceptable, but don't expect too much from this old hotel. Still value for money. Bath tube can do without, it make the bathroom seems old.. a redo will be good. Breakfast is included and again don't expect too much.. but have to say the sambal for the nasi lemak is superb.

It was raining heavily and my room was leaking. What's more, the soundproofing was very poor. The noise from the cars and motorcycles on the road made me sleep poorly for almost the whole night. But the rest was pretty good.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
