Overall, the stay was okay. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The accommodation met basic needs, though there is still room for improvement in some areas. We enjoyed the swimming pool with the kids, and the house is suitable for a relaxing family getaway. Nonetheless, it was a decent experience. Thank you for the hospitality.

Best Hotel in Gurun. Near to 24 hour restaurant and shops. Nearby to Mount Jerai, bus and train.

Overall the room is spacious worth the price. However it still can improve some amenities or equipments such as: - The bathroom basin can change already, it's old, mouldy n small. - The toilet tissue hanger also can change it, it has already spoiled. - The blanket already old and got stains n hair on it. - The air conditioner is located away from the bed, so just one side is cooler. Another side totally can't feel the cool air.

Clean and comfortable hotel for a night stay during Chinese new year. Price of RM125 a night is reasonable during festive season.

I am truly satisfied with my stay in urban inn SP saujana. Location is strategic if you plan to commute to hospital & is less traffic as compared to opposite route. The hotel is nice. Receptionist is friendly & helpful. I found that the initial room was too small as I will be staying for 1 month & the receptionist (Indian lady) was very helpful & found another room for me (deluxe queen if I’m not mistaken). Room was spacious enough. Took some time to cool down the room as it has 3 big windows but I am ok with it. Few small tomyam shops around & mr diy, speedmart. So it’s convenient to find things. Once in a while you can enjoy at amanjaya mall.Definitely will recommend this room for my friends. Thank you 😁

Second time staying here! The location is super convenient with parking available. Even though there's no breakfast, it's great value for money! The room is simple and comfortable. The staff are all very friendly, but their English isn't great. You can use Google Translate to communicate with them in Malay. Overall, it's pretty good! There are also plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby!

Convenient & nearby to Halal Park KEDAH where i visited my principle's factory... Breakfast was delicious...

A brand new budget hotel, very satisfied. Many Chinese restaurants and snack shops downstairs, very convenient. There's even a fresh milk truck in front, so rare! Staying for three nights, great value for money, 100+ per night.

I stayed at this hotel for one night as a transit stop, and it was a simple, no-frills experience. Be aware that parking is not provided on-site, so you’ll need to park opposite the hotel across the road, which might be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage or arrive late at night. The room itself was basic but met essential needs. Towels and soap were provided, which was a nice touch for a short stay. The hot shower worked well, and I appreciated being able to freshen up after a long day of travel. If you’re looking for a quick stopover, this hotel can serve the purpose, but don’t expect luxury or extensive amenities. Suitable for a one-night transit stay
