The personel at the reception was super friendly. They greet us well. Well done 🥰. Love the view from our room. It was amazing. We ate at Makan Restaurant, and the food was good too. It could be improved with better ‘seafoods’ choices though. But, everything else was great. We used the game room to play snooker. The game room was cosy & fun!. This hotel was a short walk to i-city mall, and that was super convinient. Would love to come again someday.

This hotel has been open for a while, but it's still clean. The rooms are comfortable, and it's convenient for shopping. The kids really enjoyed it. The breakfast and children's area are also good. The kids' pool, however, needs to be kept cleaner.

I like my room and my parent’s room, Super clean, even the table and everything in the bathroom also clean. The downside, bedsheet not super white. The breakfast and dinner was okay 3.5/5 with wide variety. The staff were friendly even though so many guests that stay in here but they able to manage their professionalism. Everything was okay except the hotel is too crowded (for me). Actually its more like business hotel because many people come for business and tour. The lift even though only have 2 but super fast.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was spacious and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The location is super convenient, right across from a food street, so you'll have no problem finding places to eat and drink. Highly recommend! 5-star rating!

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view/lighting from the window made the room feel super cozy and bright. Facilities were great and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I had a great stay at Mossaz Suite Kuala Lumpur. The suite was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a nice city view that made the experience even better. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and offers excellent value for money.

The place was not clean when we checked in especially the bed, it is still can see got hair and dandruff. Sink got used teabag, I hope the host can improve the cleaning service as this affected the stay.

Regarding the room, the deluxe king room was very spacious and comfortable. The decor was modern and minimalist, creating a clean and elegant visual aesthetic that made me feel relaxed the moment I entered. The king-size bed was very large, with a mattress that was just the right softness, and coupled with high-quality bedding, I enjoyed a very high-quality sleep experience every night. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was fully equipped with essential amenities such as a TV, refrigerator, and electric kettle, making for a very comfortable stay. Cleanliness was outstanding. The entire accommodation space was maintained exceptionally clean and tidy, from the lobby to the room, every corner was well-organized.
