"The hotel was clean and tidy, and there's a large shopping mall nearby. My only complaint is that the hotel overcharged me an additional RM50 in tax. It felt like the staff intentionally misled me. I found them quite dishonest. My booking confirmation clearly stated an extra charge of RM35, and other families in our group were only charged RM7 per night for the tax. I was the only one charged more, which was very disappointing.
The only positive was that the Trip.com staff immediately handled the issue and arranged a quick resolution! That's definitely commendable! 👍🏻"
