Guest UserSwitched to this room and it was also really nice! 👍 The rooms are arranged in two rows of buildings. The ground floor has a long swimming pool and an infinity pool which are very unique, right next to the beach. 🏖️ The soundproofing issue in the room was smoothly resolved by switching rooms. The hotel front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and the parking attendants at the entrance were very clear and efficient in arranging transport. I bought a durian and was forbidden from eating it at the hotel entrance, haha. The hotel's public areas and recreational facilities are spacious and modern, and the breakfast buffet is rich and varied. At night, the beach night market and street night market are very lively, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. It's a great place to stay on Panglao Island! 👍

LimunuosidaoxipengThe hotel is only about a fifteen-minute drive from the airport, and it's located in the most vibrant area of the island. The environment is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly. It offers great value for money and is definitely worth recommending for a stay.

The room smelled lovely, and the hotel was very clean, with staff constantly tidying up the common areas! There was also a water dispenser for refills. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful – we were really pleased with our stay!
The only downside was that the room curtains didn't provide very good privacy; even when closed, there were large gaps that allowed people to see into the room. Since we were on the ground floor, this was a bit of a privacy concern for us. The hotel arranged a boat tour for us for 3500P, but the captain kept rushing us, which wasn't a great experience. We only saw one dolphin before he wanted to move on to the next stop! I’d recommend booking a boat tour externally.

Anonymous UserThe location is very convenient, right near Alona Beach, so you can just step out and be there. It's also a relatively private hotel. The facilities are great, with two swimming pools and a gym. Other activities need to be booked in advance. It's very close to the airport, and round-trip transfers cost 1600 pesos. Breakfast was quite mediocre, without many options, mostly Filipino dishes. It has a private beach, which is small and not very high quality, mostly rocky, but it's perfect for a relaxing vacation if you're just looking for a quiet place to lie down.

This is a fantastic hotel that makes you want to return. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-laid out, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and cozy, providing an excellent night's sleep with absolutely no noise disturbances. The bathroom was spotless, and the hot water was consistent and convenient to use. The staff were friendly, attentive, and promptly resolved any issues. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, immaculately clean, with thoughtful touches evident everywhere. The location is excellent, making travel easy, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. It offers incredible value for money, and my overall experience was perfect. Highly recommended!

The staff are very accomodating. The free breakfast make us feel full during the morning activities. The location is near the community center that makes it easy for us to roam around the area. We had a great time during our stay especially the kids.

Guest UserAcross the street, there's a Mint Dive Center. It's a five-minute bike ride to Super Home and another five minutes to the beach. Alona Beach is about a twenty-minute bike ride away. Right at the exit, there are stalls where you can buy snacks, and the front desk can help you arrange a taxi. You can also rent scooters right outside the entrance.
Meals at the restaurant cost around 50 RMB per person for Chinese food, which was pretty good. They only provide two bottles of water per day, but you can buy larger bottles from the front desk. The exchange rate at the front desk was decent, and there were no service fees for currency exchange.

The service at this hotel was truly excellent from start to finish. Even before check-in, the staff were already responsive and helpful. Throughout my stay and even after, their level of service remained consistently impressive.
I experienced an issue with the air conditioning in my room, but the staff handled it very quickly and professionally. They even offered a complimentary breakfast as a gesture, which I really appreciated.
The hotel also provides a range of convenient services such as arranging tuktuk transport and printing, which made my stay much easier. I also noticed thoughtful details in the room; slippers were provided, there were plenty of hangers and clean water was prepared for rinsing since the tap water is slightly salty due to its proximity to the sea.
Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended! ⭐️👍🏻🤩

We always enjoyed and loved our stay at this hotel. My family and I always love to stay in this hotel. The room is clean, the pool and the white beach only few steps from the building. The food wasn't that bad.

Guest UserPros:
-Beautiful swimming pool w/lifeguard
-clean room
-Gugma Restaurant serves delicious food
-friendly staff except for that one female front desk in the morning as well as the no show manager
Cons:
-Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos.
-There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool.
-I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣
-No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout
-Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management
-tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY
-we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white ***** that were posted on the website
-corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside
**AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.
