GGuest UserVery nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available

This is a fantastic hotel. Very helpful and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean room. The location is good along the highway. Pool is clean and breakfast buffet is so tasty. Will be coming back as price is so affordable.

The hotel staff is very kind and very knowledgeable around the place. They have a 24/7 check in. Very polite Security: We felt secured in the hotel. They have CCTVs and guards are on duty 24/7. The location is just beside the main road so it is very accessible. Tho it is located beside the road, we can't hear any sounds from vehicles or motorists along the road. I had a good sleep here. Water: They have a strong water supply which is a big plus for this hotel as conpared to others. Restaurant or in house food: not operational but you can order via grab or food panda. no charge. Rooms: Clean. Bedsheets, pillow cases and comforters are very clean and pristine condition. No moldy smell from room. Spacious and with veranda. Ref is also available. Hopefully, you can add smart tv since your cable tv has 2-3 channels only :( Cr: Bathtub is a plus point, with hot and cold shower, bidet, and compliementary hygiene kit. Price: Very reasonable Pool: needs to provide heater Wifi: Good connection

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! We had a great stay at Hortz in Tagaytay. The staff were very accommodating and even let us switch to one of their new Japandi rooms, which was spacious, nicely designed, and had new appliances. It fit our group of six comfortably (though the extra foldable beds weren’t the comfiest). The place is accessible, with its own café, restaurant, and souvenir shop. Only downside was the shower heater and water pressure, but overall, service and experience were really good. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Very Accommodating plus the view was also nice. We had a great experience for this staycation. We just want to add some suggestion for a much great experience for others: Just add some kitchenware like bowls, knife, etc. For bathroom, a bucket will be helpful and lastly, disposable slippers. Hope these suggestion will be helpful.
