Chumphon Hotels with Parking

Hotel is excellent. Food is close. Service is excellent. The air conditioner broke and immediately offered another minus. Of the downsides the bed is 20 cm shorter than the bed. At night it was necessary to get up and pull up. Dear owners buy normal beds corresponding to bed size. Everything else the hotel is wonderful . Recommended.

A little village of cute, brightly-painted and spotlessly clean bungalows at an amazing price, just a couple hundred yards from Sairee Beach and a short drive to all the other (and better) beaches of the Chumphon area. Note that it's a Thai-style resort, with a Thai-style bed (beyond firm), and there's no pool here, but a great stopover at an unbeatable price, with a Thai breakfast in the morning.

Stayed 3 nights in Suriwong Chumphon Hotel. Good size room with fan and private bathroom. Location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Couple of really good vegan/vegetarian restaurants nearby. Free water refill and morning coffee was a BIG plus. Wifi didn't work in the room. We stayed in 5th floor room 506. Worked only outside the room near elevator. Can recommend and we would stay again!

It’s super close to the train station (perfect if you’re hauling luggage) and you can basically walk to every major site.  * Market Vibes 🍎: You are just a stone's throw away from the local fruit and vegetable market. I loved waking up and seeing the fresh produce—it feels so authentic!  * Peace & Quiet 🤫: Despite being so central, the area is surprisingly quiet. No loud street party noises here.  * The Bed 💤: I have to give a shoutout to the beds. They were so comfortable. After a long day of exploring, sinking into that mattress was heaven.  * The Team 🤝: The staff here are incredibly polite and welcoming. They really make you feel at home. 🔍 The ”Real Talk” (Critique) Let’s keep it real for a second so you know what to expect:  * The Chill Factor ❄️: The hotel uses a central AC system, and boy, does it blow cold! My room stayed a bit on the chilly side.  * Breakfast 🍳: The breakfast spread isn't ”grand buffet” style. It’s a bit basic/limited, but it’s definitely enough to fuel you up for the morning.  * Vintage Vibes 🏛️: The building is definitely older. It’s well-maintained and charming, but don’t expect a futuristic, high-tech hotel experience. 🏆 Final Verdict Would I stay here again? Absolutely! The comfort of the bed and the unbeatable location far outweigh the minor AC chills. It’s a solid, reliable choice for any traveler wanting to be near the pulse of the city without the noise. Spacious big room with laminated wood floor. The only thing it doesn't have is a safety box. There is a electric kettle to boil water. You can even take a bath. Not many hotels in this grade has a bathtub. Room is very big but the 30 inch TV looks tiny sitting in the big room. The breakfast is simple buffet style and is good. There is toast with jam, Instant coffee and tea, Eggs sunny side up and sausages. Salads, Thai food stir fry and steam rice and fruits and croissants. This is a great place for an overnight stay enroute to Bangkok or HatYai. I will come back.

Pon and Fy on reception couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately and understandably even translation sites couldn't help get the message across on occasion. As I read on another review, there is noise from a very nearby club and the bathroom is unfinished. The fridge goes off when key removed so a spare fob was kindly supplied to stop the milk going off. No m/bike available so only taxis/bhtbus. Having said all that nothing spoilt our personal experience of this place and the staff were excellent

We think the place was grand and the room was spacious. For the price paid, it was totally worth it. It was easy to commute to other places. Train station and the night market is only 5-6 mins away by car and you can also book a Grab / Bolt Taxi to go anywhere from the hotel. Staff were all sweet and helpful. The lady at the breakfast was very kind and hardworking. If we visit Chumphon town again, we will definitely stay here!

The rooms are spacious, clean, and there are motorbikes for rent. There is food for sale at friendly prices. Excellent service Especially the owner Please help recommend places to visit on the island. There is a transfer service from the hotel to the pier. Overall, very excellent.

What a great find. Right by the beach and lots of great restaurants to eat fresh fish and delicious food. The owner was really friendly and helped us out with any questions or advice we needed. The room was perfect - spacious and clean. Breakfast was very nice - rice soup, bananas, sweet rice packets, fried eggs, coffee, tea…. More than adequate. We decided to stay an extra night here as it was so relaxing and peaceful. Would recommend.

It is a good break after a long roadtrip at the Mercy. Breakfast was served right on time at my room. Bed is comfortable with new towels. I have a good sleep there.
