3-Star Hotels in Chumphon

The accommodation is clean, there is a parking lot, the staff takes good care of you, they deliver to your accommodation, but you have to get hot water at the counter. The bed is comfortable, there is a lot of space to put your stuff, it's very good. The room is spacious, there is a work desk, suitable for relaxing. If you get a good promotion price, you will stay for many nights.

For the price, can’t fault this hotel. The location is good, walkable to train station. The free breakfast ( bit snacks and drinks) seems really thoughtful and kind. The amenities are on old end with old school style but still in decent condition I would say.

It’s super close to the train station (perfect if you’re hauling luggage) and you can basically walk to every major site.  * Market Vibes 🍎: You are just a stone's throw away from the local fruit and vegetable market. I loved waking up and seeing the fresh produce—it feels so authentic!  * Peace & Quiet 🤫: Despite being so central, the area is surprisingly quiet. No loud street party noises here.  * The Bed 💤: I have to give a shoutout to the beds. They were so comfortable. After a long day of exploring, sinking into that mattress was heaven.  * The Team 🤝: The staff here are incredibly polite and welcoming. It’s a bit basic/limited, but it’s definitely enough to fuel you up for the morning.  * Vintage Vibes 🏛️: The building is definitely older. It’s well-maintained and charming, but don’t expect a futuristic, high-tech hotel experience. 🏆 Final Verdict Would I stay here again? Absolutely! The comfort of the bed and the unbeatable location far outweigh the minor AC chills. It’s a solid, reliable choice for any traveler wanting to be near the pulse of the city without the noise. Spacious big room with laminated wood floor. The only thing it doesn't have is a safety box. There is a electric kettle to boil water. You can even take a bath. Not many hotels in this grade has a bathtub. Room is very big but the 30 inch TV looks tiny sitting in the big room. The breakfast is simple buffet style and is good. There is toast with jam, Instant coffee and tea, Eggs sunny side up and sausages. Salads, Thai food stir fry and steam rice and fruits and croissants. This is a great place for an overnight stay enroute to Bangkok or HatYai. I will come back.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and there are motorbikes for rent. There is food for sale at friendly prices. Excellent service Especially the owner Please help recommend places to visit on the island. There is a transfer service from the hotel to the pier. Overall, very excellent.

The rooms are in a dilapidated condition. For example, the room door didn't close completely. The bathroom door was loose and could be rocked back and forth. Breakfast was not impressive. Just stayed for the first time. and didn't ask to stay again Not worth the money spent

A small hotel located in a central location near the market. The room price is not very expensive, the service is good, plus inviting to have breakfast again, there is boiled rice, delicious, bread, tea and coffee, all of this is free. Suggest that you have to bring a lot of mosquito repellent with mosquitoes, but not id Phananara Chumphon Hotel.

The resort was about 2 KM away from town square/railway station. So finding transport in the evenings was sort of a challenge. The breakfast although clean was meager. The eggs were cold, bread not toasted. The room had a moldy odor, lampshades were full of dust. If you’re on a road trip to or from Bangkok then it’s old to have a stop over for a night. Not more.

What a great find. Right by the beach and lots of great restaurants to eat fresh fish and delicious food. The owner was really friendly and helped us out with any questions or advice we needed. The room was perfect - spacious and clean. Breakfast was very nice - rice soup, bananas, sweet rice packets, fried eggs, coffee, tea…. More than adequate. We decided to stay an extra night here as it was so relaxing and peaceful. Would recommend.

The hotel just nice. Very clean and very comfort. Need to call first if you arrived late night because the receptionist is not at the counter during night time. Overall is just nice, comfort, clean and safe to stay. Will back there if visited Chumphon. Thank you.
