GGuest UserThe hotel environment is elegant and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are complete, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk and service staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and check-in was efficient and thoughtful, with help always available. The bedding is clean and soft, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the dining environment is comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient, with excellent transport links and amenities nearby, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Overall, the stay exceeded expectations and it's highly recommended. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

JJH.9233This is the best located hotel on the island. There is a beach right outside the door. The island's attractions are also very close and can be reached in a few steps. The hotel's butler is really nice. The hotel offers water activities. After you have selected and paid, the butler will accompany you throughout the whole process and help you get things. The environment is also good, the privacy is OK, and the breakfast is also OK. I will stay there next time!

GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights and woke up on my birthday while looking at a beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Thailand / Gulf of Siam. We stayed in the Panoramic Double Room, and I think our balcony was about as big as our room! We had great views of the water and mountains, and it was super peaceful. The reservation included breakfast for two, AND we also got a complimentary motor bike (with free gas) during our stay. *** I had read about the motor bikes in other reviews and was skeptical, but our reservation did include the motor bike. (Maybe it depends on which type of room you book). The breakfast was nice, and I could hear birds chirping as I drank my coffee each morning.
We took the motor bike to Samae Beach one day, but I made sure we came back to the room before sunset because I knew it would be a beautiful view from our balcony. One night we walked to a nearby restaurant by the water and had dinner. The only down sides were: There were some ants in our room (but that is normal in Thailand), and a nearby club played loud music one night. Overall, I loved the place and would stay there again in the future.

В одном из номеров отсутствовала горячая вода, персонал никак не решил данный вопрос.
Рецепшн отсутствует , а точнее обращаться нужно в ресторан на берегу, никаких пояснений этому нет, только догадаться
Пляж отличный, как и любой другой на острове Лан. Интернет плохой. Ресторан (кафе ) на берегу с крайне высокими ценами , х4-5 от цен в Паттае.

LLiza LinnEverything was great! It's just a five-minute walk from the pier. The room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. There's even a balcony for drying clothes, which is very convenient if you're staying for several days. Breakfast is included, so you don't have to go out and find it yourself. The price is also very reasonable. They also offer motorbike rentals, perfect for those who want to explore on their own. The accommodation is lovely and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 11 days, during this time the room was cleaned twice, when the water/toilet paper/coffee ran out we had to beg the owner. The hotel is 2.5 km from Monkey Beach, 700 meters from Bali Hai Pier, there are many cafes/shops nearby. You can ask the owner for a bike (300) and a taxi (100). At night the music from the cafes is blaring, everything would be fine, but the singers are tone-deaf. It's nice to sit outside, but there are a lot of flies, ants and mosquitoes.

SSakuramodThe property is centrally located on the island. Motorbikes are available for rent at 300 THB, though the one we received seemed to have been in a prior accident, making it difficult to ride as it constantly pulled to the left. The location is convenient, with restaurants within walking distance, and a shuttle service is also provided.
The bedroom and bathroom were clean, but the bathroom did have a slight drain odor. The room itself had no offensive smell, but wasn't particularly fresh-smelling either. The bathroom floor was quite slippery, so caution was needed when walking. The wall-mounted shower had very weak water pressure; a standard shower head would be a significant improvement. Interestingly, the water pressure at the sink and from the bidet sprayer was strong.
The room lighting was rather dim and yellowish. The TV was unusable due to intermittent signal (this was in our family room).
Breakfast included congee, bread, coffee, and Ovaltine.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy and quiet! Outside the room, there is a balcony, suitable for rest, the greening is very good! Breakfast is delicious, there is a pick-up service, directly sent to the pier! The boss is very good, it is worth living! Although the breakfast is not self-service, it is delicious and very beautiful! TV can watch toutube, Naifei, children can watch TV at night, cartoons, adults can organize photos taken during the day, do not disturb each other! Close to the pier, go out to the island directly motorcycle, the boss also rents here, but I don't ride! Sitting in a double car, hundreds of baht, if you have good car skills, you can directly motorcycle!

GGuest UserOnly Service and location is good but check in 2 PM is not convenient anymore. But check out is 11 AM. To be honest, not convenient. While waiting for the room, toilet at lobby is terribly dirty. Toilet and basin in the room is also dirty. As overall, nice to choose this hotel. But as for cleanliness is really bad.
