The front desk and service staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and check-in was efficient and thoughtful, with help always available. The bedding is clean and soft, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the dining environment is comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient, with excellent transport links and amenities nearby, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Overall, the stay exceeded expectations and it's highly recommended. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

JJH.9233This is the best located hotel on the island. There is a beach right outside the door. The island's attractions are also very close and can be reached in a few steps. The hotel's butler is really nice. The hotel offers water activities. After you have selected and paid, the butler will accompany you throughout the whole process and help you get things. The environment is also good, the privacy is OK, and the breakfast is also OK. I will stay there next time!

GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights and woke up on my birthday while looking at a beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Thailand / Gulf of Siam. We stayed in the Panoramic Double Room, and I think our balcony was about as big as our room! We had great views of the water and mountains, and it was super peaceful. The reservation included breakfast for two, AND we also got a complimentary motor bike (with free gas) during our stay. *** I had read about the motor bikes in other reviews and was skeptical, but our reservation did include the motor bike. (Maybe it depends on which type of room you book). The breakfast was nice, and I could hear birds chirping as I drank my coffee each morning.
We took the motor bike to Samae Beach one day, but I made sure we came back to the room before sunset because I knew it would be a beautiful view from our balcony. One night we walked to a nearby restaurant by the water and had dinner. The only down sides were: There were some ants in our room (but that is normal in Thailand), and a nearby club played loud music one night. Overall, I loved the place and would stay there again in the future.

В одном из номеров отсутствовала горячая вода, персонал никак не решил данный вопрос.
Рецепшн отсутствует , а точнее обращаться нужно в ресторан на берегу, никаких пояснений этому нет, только догадаться
Пляж отличный, как и любой другой на острове Лан. Интернет плохой. Ресторан (кафе ) на берегу с крайне высокими ценами , х4-5 от цен в Паттае.

ВВасилий ФедоровичЧисто. Расположение нормальное, в глухом переулке, поэтому тихо. Жил в комнате номер 3 две ночи. Кондиционер дует на кровать и живёт своей жизнью. Пульт наверное от другого типа кондиционера, обороты вентилятора не регулируются, матрас жесткий, по мне то что надо. Есть отдельный вентилятор и большой холодильник. В холодильнике 4 маленькие бутылки воды по 0,6, на холодильнике ещё 2 бутылки по 1,5 литра для чая, кофе и дошиков. Тут же 4 банки дошиков и сколько то кофе 3 в 1 и электрочайник. Есть сейф. На ресепшене никого нет, надо звонить. Уборку не заказывал. За эти деньги лучше наверное сложно что либо найти на острове.

Motorbikes are available for rent at 300 THB, though the one we received seemed to have been in a prior accident, making it difficult to ride as it constantly pulled to the left. The location is convenient, with restaurants within walking distance, and a shuttle service is also provided.
The bedroom and bathroom were clean, but the bathroom did have a slight drain odor. The room itself had no offensive smell, but wasn't particularly fresh-smelling either. The bathroom floor was quite slippery, so caution was needed when walking. The wall-mounted shower had very weak water pressure; a standard shower head would be a significant improvement. Interestingly, the water pressure at the sink and from the bidet sprayer was strong.
The room lighting was rather dim and yellowish. The TV was unusable due to intermittent signal (this was in our family room).
Breakfast included congee, bread, coffee, and Ovaltine.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy and quiet! Outside the room, there is a balcony, suitable for rest, the greening is very good! Breakfast is delicious, there is a pick-up service, directly sent to the pier! The boss is very good, it is worth living! Although the breakfast is not self-service, it is delicious and very beautiful! TV can watch toutube, Naifei, children can watch TV at night, cartoons, adults can organize photos taken during the day, do not disturb each other! Close to the pier, go out to the island directly motorcycle, the boss also rents here, but I don't ride! Sitting in a double car, hundreds of baht, if you have good car skills, you can directly motorcycle!

GGuest UserOnly Service and location is good but check in 2 PM is not convenient anymore. But check out is 11 AM. To be honest, not convenient. While waiting for the room, toilet at lobby is terribly dirty. Toilet and basin in the room is also dirty. As overall, nice to choose this hotel. But as for cleanliness is really bad.
