Clean. The location is fine, on a back street, so it's quiet. I stayed in room number 3 for two nights. The air conditioner blows on the bed and has a mind of its own. The remote control is probably for a different type of air conditioner; the fan speed isn't adjustable, and the mattress is hard, which is just right for me. There's a separate fan and a large refrigerator. The refrigerator holds four small 0.6-liter bottles of water, and on top of it are two more 1.5-liter bottles for tea, coffee, and instant noodles. There are also four cans of instant noodles, some 3-in-1 coffee, and an electric kettle. There's a safe. Reception is unmanned; you have to call. I didn't order housekeeping. For this price, you'd probably be hard-pressed to find anything better on the island. Thank you!

Beautiful modern villa at best location on Tawaen beach. The villa is clean and well furnished with everything u may needed there. Close to nature with small garden in front and at the back. U can feel and see the green all the time spending in this small villa. A Plunge pool is cool. It’s giving u a place to relax during the busy time of the beach. Breakfast was nice and served to the pool side. Walking distance to 7eleven and surrounded by eateries. Pick up and drop off to/from Nabaan Pier with buggy promptly (making a call once the boat departing from Balihai bay). Khun Noon was helpful and very responsive. She assisted to arrange activities with pick-up as well.

Location and price excellent. New owners so they are changing things. I think better mattresses and they must understand the competition from other places. For example wanted to charge 400baht for bike rental per day with fuel but almost all others are charging 300 baht

A mid-range hotel for those who aren't particularly concerned with service. Roundtrip transfers are available. Upon check-in, the hostess swept the room in front of us. It was a bit dusty, but tolerable for the price. There were only two large towels for two people, and no toilet paper, but we had napkins on the table. There was no water once, but they fixed it within an hour. The hosts were quite friendly. The amenities provided were enough for our two-night stay. There's a fish market and snacks 10-15 minutes down the pier. The beach is a bit far. A tuk-tuk takes about 10 minutes for 30 baht. You can also ask the hotel owner to take you there if he's available.

Simply amazing! It was spotlessly clean (we've been to many places in Asia, but the cleanliness here was truly exceptional; every linen, right down to the curtains, smelled fresh!), and the host was welcoming and very friendly 🫶! Beach towels, robes, slippers, dental kits, and toiletries were provided. The pool was clean, everything was fresh, and the atmosphere was wonderful! The pool area was beautifully appointed, with sun loungers, swimwear (swimming rings and life jackets), and a speaker for music. The lighting was fantastic in the evenings, making it a pleasure to relax by the pool after a hot day. A free shuttle is provided to and from the pier, and you can also take a shuttle to some of the beaches for an additional fee! The breakfast was also quite good; although modest, it was heartfelt and delicious! We'll definitely be back and recommending it to our friends! We sincerely wish you prosperity!

The room is clean, the facilities are very good, the service is good.

The staff a little rude. Asked for a spoon..snapped at me no, then proceeded to have a staff drinking right outside our room with bbq and loud music. Definitely had spoons. In the morning she was asleep on the bench and didn't bother to get up to check us out. The bike was in bad condition also. The rooms were ok for the price. Clean and located in a good place close to the pier for our last night on the island. I wouldn't stay again but it is a reasonable place if on a budget. Shops and restaurants close by also.

There wasn't any hot water, but we knew that beforehand. The bathroom really could use a more thorough cleaning. The mattress was firm, but to each their own. The view was great; we sat on the balcony every evening and enjoyed it. We'll come again. We liked it, especially for the price. The ants weren't an issue since we didn't leave food or drinks out.

This property wasn't exactly on the beach, but we hired a motorcycle from them and that made the trip extra special as we could venture around the whole island conveniently The room was quite clean however, I think the bathrooms could use a little touch up Mosquitoes was a frequent visitor in the rooms but understandably so because of the island surroundings and that is totally understandable I have a suggestion. They could improve the way. The window in the bathroom is designed so it's not to allow mosquitoes to fly in. The staff who maintained this property ”at the beach” were very helpful and informative. There was also a complementary pick up & drop Off from the pier to the property.

We checked in together. There are ants in the room, there are a lot of them and they bite. The girl tried to remove them from the bed with a broom from a palm tree, but they climbed again. We were afraid that they could get into the ear. The location is great, the embankment is nearby. But the ants spoil everything. I do not recommend it.
