GGuest UserThe service was excellent, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient, just about a five-minute walk to restaurants and souvenir shops. I highly recommend the breakfast here; it's freshly prepared by a local auntie, absolutely perfect!

Llemon2025The hotel's location is good, but the service is pretty mediocre. I sent them about seven or eight messages on WhatsApp and only got one reply. The cleanliness was also just so-so; there were unidentified hairs all over the bed, which was really careless. The lighting was also very dim. Besides the good location, there's nothing else positive to say.

GGuest UserI had doubts when I made booking - the hotel didn’t have many reviews. I took the risk though and it was well worth it.
My stay at Hira cave was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and beautiful, the bed was comfortable - I slept like a baby all 5 nights. The view from the terrace was fascinating and breakfast was delicious as well - the photographs are attached. The owners were friendly and helped to arrange pick up from the airport, shared a few useful hints about the hikes and did everything to make my stay memorable.
Thank you very much, I will come back!

GGuest UserThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Perched at the highest point of the village, it offers absolutely stunning views from its observation deck. The reception staff were incredibly warm and attentive; upon arrival, they professionally introduced us to all the hotel's facilities. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary suite upgrade and the fantastic farm-to-table breakfast experience. The scenic drive to the valley for breakfast, and the breakfast itself, were both incredible. Our guide, Shamas, was wonderful – she provided excellent commentary throughout our activities and was fantastic at taking photos. Although the price was certainly on the higher side, the experience for over 2000 RMB was absolutely phenomenal and made it completely worth every penny.

GGuest UserMy stay at Şah Saray Cave Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service, cleanliness, and genuine warmth of the people made this experience incredibly special.
I want to give a special shout-out to the restaurant manager (I wish I remembered his name) — he was absolutely fantastic. Attentive, kind, and truly passionate about making guests feel welcome. Truly the man of the hour. He was there throughout the day. I even asked him for an ice cream late at night one day and he gave me more than I can ask for. Sadly he was not there on my last day to bid farewell, but I will remember him. Truly a legend.
Also The breakfast here was truly amazing, never in my life experience. truly blessed.
The hotel manager was equally wonderful too, I appreciate his gestures and presence on most days thank you 😇
What stood out most was how the staff made me feel — I didn’t feel like a guest, I felt like I belonged. That sense of comfort, care, and home is rare, and it’s something I will always remember.
This has genuinely been one of the best experiences of my life, and I will most definitely return. Thank you to the incredible team for making my time in Cappadocia so meaningful.

GGuest UserSuch an amazing experience in a genuine cave hotel. We had a very nice and cosy room with good air con which is a must during summer. The hotel has a beautiful terrace which is a breathtaking viewpoint for the hot air balloons in the morning. Even at night, the terrace has a fantastic view of Goreme. The breakfast is honestly one of the best complimentary breakfasts I have ever had at any hotel, with very traditional Turkish mezze, great bread, sweets and other delicious food! The staff were super warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend booking a stay here!

The hotel also provides day-trip tours and hot air balloon booking services, which was very convenient. Overall, it's highly recommended.

but finally, staff prepared our room.(fantastic cave room)
I dont know if this mistake is by the hotel.

GGuest UserThe room has air conditioning plus points, the hotel location height can also overlook the town and hot air balloon photos.
There is almost no service, and breakfast is more sloppy.
The most uncomfortable thing is that I just booked less than 5 minutes after I had a small car accident on the road and wanted to change the itinerary to apply for cancellation, but after Trip.com communicated with myself and the hotel, the hotel insisted that I did not agree to cancel, and I was very disappointed with the hotel attitude.
