Wonderful hotel with amazing customer service !! I love this hotel so much . The receptionist knew that I am solo traveller this time . They suggested me lot of useful trips for one day traveling in Goreme town.like restaurant, cafe , sightseeing points.trip.com showed wrong check in and trip out time . I arrived at the hotel around 11am . After small talk with me, they allowed me to early check in . Not to mention that the hotel design is fantastic with very nice swimming pool . I jumped into the swimming pool this morning after finishing my breakfast buffet. The swimming pool water is very cool but it let me have refreshing morning. Thank you so much. Very sweet . I got the gift from hotel when sending me back to the airport and I will remember you guys -enthusiastic services and this hotel ! So happy to stay in here .

Our stay at Sah Saray was better than our expectations. The people there make it good. Our room was beautiful and looked just like the photos if not even better. The only thing I did not like about it was that it was not spacious enough for what we paid it was a bit of a squeeze. The property overall was fantastic, the views from the terrace of the balloons every morning were so calming. The service was great especially from Samet at reception who was always providing the best service and always genuine and personalised to us. Thank you very much to Mr Kemal for arranging all our activities for us especially the balloon ride and managing to get us the deluxe flight that we wanted! :) The breakfast at the property was delicious. You have a full Turkish breakfast every morning and Orhan's service was amazing, he even served us breakfast after the time had passed on a couple of the days as we woke up late and would serve us complimentary drinks every so often. Everyone at the property is so helpful and always there to have a friendly chat with and the place itself is just gorgeous. The location was not bad we could walk to the centre in less than ten mins from the property which is great because the hotel restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner so it's great that the centre is so close.

I was in this hotel with friends and relatives on the night of February 13. The view from the hotel is very beautiful, you can admire Goreme.Excellent location, the panorama is quite suggestive. The rooms, I would call them suites, wonderful, careful and comfortable. They all have their style. Some with a ground bathroom, others with shower, but all furnished in the minimum details. A wide choice of salt and sweet in terms of breakfast and of course very good. Strategic location for various types of excursions you can do, including the famous tour in the Mongolfier, nearby possibility to take horse tours or quads. Super recommended. Melissa

The hotel is quite new, the owner is very careful, each room is decorated differently, the breakfast is clean and good, and the service is very good. I mainly fancy it with an open-air swimming pool, a very special scenery for resting and playing among such strange mountains and rocks. The most important thing is that the hot air balloon slowly descends outside your window and rooftop at 6 o'clock in the morning, very close, and even landed in the hotel garden.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a week in October 2023. Its an amazing hotel even better than the images online. The staff at the hotel were all very welcoming and friendly always happy to help from reception to the restaurant to the room service staff. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with a cave but modern outlook. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh bedding, tea coffee water provided daily etc. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very convenient location walking distance to the local shopping centre of Goreme. Breakfast was a good selective choice the staff were always welcoming and very friendly. A big thank you to Bahar from the restaurant who was always so friendly welcoming and helped me and my family out so much she couldn't do enough. The hotel has an amazing roof top terrace perfect location to see sunrise and sunset and watch the hot air balloons in the sky. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be revisiting. Thank you to all the team for a lovely experience.

We came to this hotel for 3 nights because the price was good and was well rated on booking. What was our disappointment when we discovered our first room (a very important evacuation smell of toilets in the bathroom and the room). We therefore asked to change of room, the owner did not even come to see the smell in the room but offered us directly another room where he just before put a deodorant spray to mitigate the smell. The mattress was super hard we felt iron bars in the back. Then we discovered sticks cut and struck in several places. The next day we discovered struck bathroom towels. And it was very noisy every night. When we were told that the chair was shut, we were told that it was a stick of detergent (is that true? We don't know) In this second room, we found pieces of stone that fell from walls. The household has never been made for three days only a toilet paper roller put on our bed for the last night. The most comic thing was that we had a single bed coat set horizontally for a two-place bed. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. We had booked for the mountain golf flight it was incredible! We strongly recommend this activity. We also asked if we could use the washing machine and what was our surprise when it was The hotel is a hotel that is very nice and very nice.

This hotel was the best of all the cave hotels in Goreme. The staff were all friendly, and the CEO was a great man with a great passion for hotel management. During our stay, he always checked and pay attentions if there were any inconveniences to his guests. The meal was great and the bed was comfortable. The balloon tour was canceled due to the weather, so I extended our stay. If I will come back to Cappadocia, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Strongly recommend

I and my companion stayed for 3 nights in this facility at the beginning of October 2023. I am reading the reviews of this hotel to see what pushed me to book here. I found exciting reviews and wonderful photos of a hotel that we unfortunately did not find. Let's start with the guardian: unlike what is seen in the photos today, it's a sterpill that is so much inculted that to reach our room (number 105) I had to cross a jungle. Let us go to the room: starting from the assumption that for EUR 36 per night we cannot claim the Hilton, the level was well below the decent threshold. I go into the detail: fully cut bed, the same speech for the towels; the mixer of the washing machine that penciled right and left; the washing machines obscured that to make the water go out after we washed the teeth we waited for a whole night ; bath water that is unknown why it was not going out; last morning I could not do the shower because the hot water was not reached; the inner room temperature well below that outside (outside 15 degrees and inside no more than 10 degrees); the size of the room was as much as the bedroom (with 3 bags to get to the bathroom we had to walk in profile); splashes that entered under the door and windows. I repeat at this price we cannot claim much, but at least we try to achieve decent, because it would really be very little. They have also always claimed cash payments and never with the card for the various activities we booked with them. The only positive notes are the central position and availability of staff who have quickly solved a few of the above problems, and yet still do not understand how other guests gave 5 stars.

Super beautiful hotel with very friendly, pre-eminent staff. The rooms are very nice, equipped with wooden furniture. Beautiful bathroom with generous shower, in the outer area various seats. The hot air balloons typical of Capadokia could be seen from the bed, or are well seen from the terrace. The hotel is located on the main road, perfect for rental car trips, but you can hear the traffic partly, which has not disturbed us. We were happy that we didn't have to run a spider-car at the local and souvenir shops every evening home, We're sure to come back, because there's so much to discover in this magical landscape.

Booked suites, the best view, but in the morning everyone is taking pictures at the doorway, there is no chance. In addition, the curtains are not big enough to cover the window and will not be completely transparent.
