Cleveland Hotels with Parking

Always a very pleasant stay after our annual tradition of seeing the Cleveland orchestra Christmas program. Service is always top notch along with location and a nice breakfast. Will stay there every chance we can.

It's pretty good. It's suitable for me who is going to study. It's better to have a place to cook, and the room is big enough. It's very close to CCF, and you can walk there (in this place in the United States, it's hard to get around without a car). The only problem is that the fitness facilities are a bit broken, and I haven't exercised for a month.

The hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.

Breakfast is a la carte, not a buffet. Coffee is Starbucks. The waiters are terrible, and the hygiene is perfunctory! The hotel is in the university town, 10 minutes away from the Cleveland Museum. The museum is free, but it is closed on Mondays! The church opposite the hotel!

The degree of hygiene needs to be improved, although the breakfast variety is not too much, it can fully meet the demand. Valet parking service is also ok, 19-knife one-day parking fee, tipping in the morning when picking up the car, it is quite convenient. The suite is large and the service response is slow. There is a fitness center and there is no swimming pool.

Traveling to Cleveland clinic for medical appts. Proximity and shuttle service to appts is appreciated. Pleasant, quiet, safe environment when 6 hrs. from home. My Great newphew’s flat Stanley traveled with us!

Hotel is in the edges of Cleveland downtown on the second floor of a mixed use building. Relatively convenient location but not very walkable.

The stay was good, breakfast 15 knives, eating was quite satisfactory, the service staff was very warm, and would take the initiative to help with things to drink. I ordered a chicken roll for dinner and it tasted very good! The whole hotel is very close to Cleveland Medical Center. It is very convenient for us to take a taxi to the downtown exhibition hall to use uber. The only downside is that the sound insulation of the room is not very good. Then the room service forgot to clean up on the first day. In short, it was a satisfactory stay! I love Cleveland! ! !

This hotel is aging, but the location is amazing! We traveled to Cleveland for my son's birthday trip to a Cavs game. Upon arrival, the valet was extremely congested. No one came out to welcome us or anything so I thought all the valet were out parking cars. Instead, three of them were inside, laughing and talking. There was no mention of cost anywhere, so I was very surprised at the $50/day charge upon checkout. Considering it took them an hour to bring my car back to me upon check out, I would say that charge is VERY exaggerated. When we went to check in, I was surprised that they needed a credit card to hold $200 on. I prepaid and expected they would need a card on file, not to hold funds. Anyway, our first room seemed nice. It had an amazing view of Rocket Arena. But, I decided to rest a minute and when I looked at the ceiling, it was falling apart!! This was something I decided to give a pass on, considering the age of the building. However, when I got up to shower and there was a huge clump of long brown hair on the wall, that was too much for me. I went to the front desk and they were very nice about the issue and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are basic. There is an armoire with an iron, two bottles of water, a coffee maker and coffee and a mini fridge. The televisions in the rooms are very large, that was nice. Check out was easy, just a lobby full of people all waiting for their cars to show up! The only other thing I can say is that I paid for a supreme room through Trip and was only given a standard room. So, there must be a miscommunication between Trip and the hotels. Be wary...

Good location ,Hotel seemed in a good shape ,clea lines was lacking, either cleaned in a rush .Our washroom floor was not mopped u can tell by bath mat turned black as we wiped the water spill from shower. Emptied the washropm garbage bin and handful of hair in garbage bin.The beds were comfy and clean.The staff were friendly especially the food/catering side.The parking attendant on the other hand was very rude.He sat there on his phone while we struggled to get access into parking lot although we had pre paid for parking. .He seemed annoyed when we asked for help.Not sure what he he is there for .Turned out it was their scanner issue. Parking is extra 20 dollars a night and breakfast buffet was 18 dollars for adult and $ 6 or 8 for kids under 12 .
