El Paso Hotels with Parking

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, my most recent visit was an exception to the rule of excellent. We arrived to our room and a horrible smell of sewage hit us even my daughters didn't wanna go in the room. I called guest services and they had a valet switch our rooms in about 5 minutes and even upgraded us to a better room. Which I wasn't expecting but made up for that weird moment. Other than that our other stays are always pleasant and now I know if something goes wrong they'll go above and beyond to fix it! We've also visited the restaurants and they are a good place to eat and the location for us is 100% the best. Employees are also always friendly and helpful. Will recommend and continue to stay here in the future

This place is one of my favorite spots for my family and I to just relax for a weekend. We love the staff simply because they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The front desk is always attentive to our needs and accommodates us with whatever it is that we need. The rooms are always clean, they smell fresh, linens are always crisp, and hygiene essentials are always restocked. We love the bar downstairs so you can grab a drink and take it to the hot tub and enjoy a nice peaceful night with your lady while the kiddos are in the big pool. I would recommend the radisson all the time and could give it more stars if I was able too. Thank you guys for making my stay memorable!!

My Husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing, the room was very clean the whole place is very clean. Rick the owner is an excellent man he goes above and beyond to make his guest feel safe and happy. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights that's how safe we felt. The parking lot is well lit up. If we ever go back threw El paso again that will be my place to stay. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful quite and safe place to stay.

We found it strange that the pool is not inside the hotel, it is outside on the street, although it is fenced. The breakfast is good, the staff in the food area is not friendly. The guy who attended the reception (Jacobo I think his name is) was attentive and polite. It is in an area where if you are going to go shopping, the location is good.

Were traveling through from Virginia, on our way home to Arizona. Chose your facility based on location to I-10, and provided amenities. DJ (bartender) was absolutely amazing. Very pleasant conversation, and fully committed to our needs, above and beyond expectation. If we are ever in the area again, we will most definitely make a point of staying! Llegué muy tarde debido a mi vuelo, que venua retrasado . La atencion por parte de recepción fue muy buena. Mi habitación excelente, con todo lo que describe el hotel. Muy limpio, buena ubicación.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing due to the cleanliness of the room. Upon arrival, there were random hairs scattered throughout the room, the carpet appeared poorly vacuumed, and we encountered signs of bed bugs during our stay. Cleanliness and guest comfort should be a priority, and this experience did not meet basic expectations. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve future guest experiences.

They offer breakfast and almost have nothing but cereal and milk. They previously offer egg sauces sandy fruit juice yogurt waffles and they have no more of that, they have only cereal, when asked about this a employee named PERLA working In the night turn it was super gruesome and aggressive apart they say there's a mini refrigerator in the room and in my there was nothing when asked me they told me it had broken down and asked them if they couldn't put another and they said that No. Ice machine also does not work is a disaster not give you the necessary maintenance or have what they offer

The hotel facilities are average, even a bit old, but it's fine for general family vacations. The location is on the corner of El Paso, not a lively area but the hotel charges are cheap.
