JjenwhiteMy Husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing, the room was very clean the whole place is very clean. Rick the owner is an excellent man he goes above and beyond to make his guest feel safe and happy. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights that's how safe we felt. The parking lot is well lit up. If we ever go back threw El paso again that will be my place to stay. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful quite and safe place to stay.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel! In the very center of the city, next to Riverwalk. On the roof a pool with city view. Water drinking, coffee, tea-all is included in the room price. Comfortable beds, pillows. Minus-window of the room comes out to the wall.

GGuest UserUnfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing due to the cleanliness of the room. Upon arrival, there were random hairs scattered throughout the room, the carpet appeared poorly vacuumed, and we encountered signs of bed bugs during our stay. Cleanliness and guest comfort should be a priority, and this experience did not meet basic expectations. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve future guest experiences.

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at Studio 6, the stay was pleasant. The front desk clerk Danny was very helpful and friendly. The facility itself was under construction and needed to be maintained a little better but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Ootis.ouchieHotel was really close to the highway so it was pretty noisy, my door had a dead bolt but it didn’t have the door lock up top like most other hotels. The doors were pretty loud so you could hear when other guest would leave their room.

GGuest UserThey offer breakfast and almost have nothing but cereal and milk. They previously offer egg sauces sandy fruit juice yogurt waffles and they have no more of that, they have only cereal, when asked about this a employee named PERLA working In the night turn it was super gruesome and aggressive apart they say there's a mini refrigerator in the room and in my there was nothing when asked me they told me it had broken down and asked them if they couldn't put another and they said that No. Ice machine also does not work is a disaster not give you the necessary maintenance or have what they offer
