Hue Hotels with Parking

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately. The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. If you are looking for a hotel with excellent accommodation, outstanding service, and truly warm-hearted staff, I highly recommend Scarlett Boutique Hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hue. We booked a 3 days 2 nights stay in a two-bedroom Lagoon View Villa,and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. A special thank you to Ms. Nhi for her warm hospitality and for surprising me with a beautiful birthday cake. She also generously shared a potent,fresh ginger welcome drink that actually cured my sister’s cough. I highly recommend the spa; I had a Vietnamese massage with cupping that was professional and deeply relaxing. Dinner at Horizon Restaurant was scrumptious, with fresh flavors and a lovely atmosphere overlooking the lagoon. The hotel makes exploring very easy by offering a free shuttle to Hue City. We took advantage of this for a half-day trip which is very convenient.

Thank you for an amazing vacation! We came to celebrate my birthday, and it was probably one of the best and most heartwarming trips we've had in a long time. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for the incredible hospitality! We were upgraded absolutely free of charge to a gorgeous two-room villa with its own onsen – it was an unbelievable gift. And a special, heartfelt thank you for the delicious celebratory cake from the staff; it was such a pleasant and unexpected surprise! I especially want to highlight how well-thought-out everything is on the property: Breakfasts – simply 10 out of 10. Everything is very fresh, delicious, and the selection is excellent. Atmosphere. The grounds are compact, but so incredibly well-maintained! The koi pond, the pool, the hot springs – it's a pleasure to stroll and relax here. Bicycles. We rented bikes and cycled through the surrounding area along the rice fields all the way to the sea – the views are incredible, I highly recommend everyone try it! There are two good restaurants and a bar on site, so we didn't even feel the need to go into town the entire time. We simply didn't want to leave the hotel! You gave us wonderful memories. We will definitely come back again and will recommend Kobi Onsen to all our friends!

This was my first time staying at a Banyan Tree property and my first trip to Vietnam, so I was excited yet a little nervous. The experience turned out to be unexpectedly amazing, truly exceeding all my expectations. While this hotel isn't brand new, all the furniture and bathroom fixtures are impeccably maintained. Compared to other brand hotels I've stayed at recently, like the Westin in Phuket or even the Dusit Thani in the Maldives, Banyan Tree's brand standards are consistently stable and thorough. They offer twice-daily housekeeping, daily small gifts, and snacks, and on the last day, a bubble bath and romantic setup for two – all delightful surprises. Since our villa was on top of the hill, the buggy service was always prompt. Every staff member offered genuine, smiling service, incredibly patient, and even with limited English, there was none of that typical 'customer service' fake smile you often see in the hospitality industry. The spa truly deserves a special mention; I tried both the Banyan Tree and Angsana sister hotels' spas. The techniques were professional, the therapists put in great effort, and it was excellent value for money. I visited the spa four times during my seven-night, eight-day stay and still wanted more. Words can't express how highly I recommend it. I'm actually a very picky person, and a germaphobe, and over the past two decades, I've stayed at various five-star island resorts across several continents. This time, I'm truly grateful because it was a last-minute decision – I only booked and paid in September. After the trip, my initial apprehension turned into gratitude and satisfaction. I must say, Banyan Tree has won me over. I hope to try their properties in China this year.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Hue, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The service was good; at check-in, they confirmed the meeting times for activities I had pre-booked. Although it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, Grab is readily available, so it wasn't an issue. Even taxi drivers seemed to know of this hotel when I tried to flag one down. The room was a bit small, but it had most of what I needed, except for tissues.

A wonderful resort away from the hustle and bustle. Superb service, delicious breakfast, good food at the à la carte restaurant. The sea is like an ocean, with huge waves and a beautiful, clean beach! Lovely, smiling staff and excellent service. The large swimming pool, however, is in a terrible state! Peeling tiles, mold on the edges, and some parts of the edges are completely missing tiles, probably for a long time now. There's dirt floating in the pool. My child swam underwater once and refused to swim again. Please, fix the pool! Please renew your pool, you need to close it, clean and renew it properly, and then open it to the public. Everything else is perfect. Thanks for the free bicycles!

The building is a bit old, but the views are incredible. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety, and we enjoyed it on the terrace. It's within walking distance to the bustling downtown area, which was great for meals and massages. You can hear music from a nearby club, but that's a matter of personal preference; if you think of it as a lively, developing area, it's not bothersome. The front desk staff were also very helpful.

When we got there, we welcomed so warmly by Han on the receptionist, a very good man who packed our breakfast the next morning because our flight was leaving so early. The staff was really welcoming, the rooms are clean, the pool is amazing and the food was great.

I booked a family room, which was very spacious, consisting of two connected rooms. The first room had a double bed, and the second had two single beds separated by a partition. It also had two bathrooms and a TV. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, offering choices like beef noodle soup, thick noodle soup, or omelets, along with coffee and fruit.
