The location is very convenient. The price is cheaper than other facilities. The facilities are simple but they have a pool. Most rooms have balconies so you can smoke on the balcony.

Good location, but can be loud at night depending on your room. Bar music playing till at least 2:00 a.m..Good internet speeds. Friendly staff. Restaurants and pools. Rooms are all varying quality, but for the price, it's a fair value.

Decent budget hotel with two swimming pools near the nightlife of Soi Buakhow. Rooms are dated but comfortable. Big fridge. Friendly, efficient staff.

Last time I stayed in another building on the same hotel grounds and the room was quiet and nice, so this time I stayed here due to availability.
The room is a little small, but you can also use the shared spaces on the hotel grounds, so it's comfortable.
Perhaps because the room is close to the bar outside, you can hear the noise from the bar at night.
If this bothers you, it's a good idea to bring earplugs with you.
