"The hotel has a good location relative to the road where tuk tuks go and to the beach. There are many cafes and massage parlors nearby. Close to Pattaya. The hotel is located on a noisy ”rainbow” street, which is dotted with bars where cabaret shows of the ”male” sex perform. The room is relatively quiet (room 201). The room is clean, there is a hair dryer, kettle, cups, glasses and goblets. The sets included coffee, tea and shower gel, shower caps. There were not enough toothbrushes, shampoo and conditioner. You can't just sit in the bar, you need to buy something for 180 baht, but you don't really want to. The room matches the hotel photo."
"Nicely appointed and comfy digs. Big room, big bed, nice retreat. Pool is small tho, which quickly becomes uninspiring. Also a bit of a walk from the main roads, but is great if you have transportation as the ground elevator opens to the car park. Staff goes a bit hard on the perfumed aerosols, I had to ask them to dial it back in my room but was still strong in the hallway. Cafe is pretty chill with nice food.
* note to Pattaya hotels: please stop putting the bath mat in toilet. Yuck."
"ซอยบัวขาว This hotel is located about 50 meters from the bustling street called Soibu Akao.
But it's very quiet. (But I can hear the voice from the next room)
The front desk people are very nice and English is very good.
The first floor is very comfortable and comfortable without air conditioning.
And there is a place where you can drink instant coffee on the first floor, and there are also cherry blossoms and sweets.
It is a room, but there is a large veranda and a dried thing.
There is a curtain in the shower so there is no worry about the water jumping out.
There were a lot of hangers.
There is a convenience store and a market full of stalls about 5 minutes walk. You can also eat the food you bought at the stall at a nearby table.
There is this hotel where everything is available to live."

"The biggest feature of the room is the infinity pool on the top floor, which overlooks the entire Pattaya and the beach. The view is very wide, and the view of the sunset is unbeatable. "The room is nice and beautiful, but there are parts that have a lot of dirt as well, but because they may have been open for a long time, there are a lot of mold stains. The door isn't very clean, but it's beautiful. Overall, it's considered good. The mattress on the bed has a lot of itching. Maybe it's because of myself. I don't know if it's something or not."
"Great location near to city centre and only a short walk to beach. The hotel has a car park which was essential for us, and this was staffed most of the time. Due to location there was no sea-view but did not miss that and the hotel has a good sized roof top pool with bar and facilities. Friendly staff and the room was a good size with a king sized, comfortable bed. All the usual facilities in the room including wifi and large flat screen TV. Restaurant on second floor providing varied buffet breakfast to suit everyone. There is a bar with live music but we did not attend. Would highly recommend and will definitely return on future trips to Pattaya."
"From the moment I stepped into the Amethyst Hotel in Pattaya, I knew I was in for a remarkable stay. This hotel, true to its name, is a gem in the bustling city. The first thing that strikes you is the meticulous attention to design. Every corner of the hotel resonates with a thoughtful elegance, blending contemporary style with comfort.
The staff at Amethyst are its shining stars. Their impeccable service and genuine warmth elevate the experience to new heights. Lookpla, Peter, Kevin, Tomo, & Bee in particular, deserve special mention for their exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, but it’s important to also note all those incredible people who work at the hotel for whom also provided great service for which I don’t remember their name (room service, laundry and housekeeping - thank you!
The rooms are a haven of tranquility and luxury. The bedding, made of the finest cotton, feels like sleeping on a cloud. It's evident that no expense was spared in crafting a space that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also supremely comfortable. The cleanliness is unparalleled, with every nook and cranny sparkling.
What sets Amethyst apart is its ability to make you feel at home while surrounding you with luxury. It's a rare find that marries exquisite design with top-notch comfort and outstanding service. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay; it's an experience, a retreat that you'll yearn to return to. If perfection had an address, it would be at the Amethyst Hotel in Pattaya. Five stars do not do justice to this extraordinary establishment."
"It's a fairly good hotel with clean rooms and some amenities such as washing machine, cooking facilities, plates, and pots if you're going to stay long in Pattaya. They have daily cleaning service and the cleaners are agile and friendly, especially Lin. She's a gem and very accommodating. There are a couple of 7/11 in the neighborhood that will come handy. The gym is ok in terms of equipment although it's very hot inside with the AC on.
The downside is that they don't provide certain amenities such as slippers, shower robes, and toothbrush, even if it's already advertised on trip.com. I think they should provide slippers because the floor is a bit sticky and uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet. Trip.com should also cross them off as part of the room amenities because they don't provide any!"
"The location is amazing, there are restaurants around and in the core of the vibrant Pattaya. In terms of cleanliness there is space to improve. Suggest time to spend in Pattaya 3-4 days."

Absolutely Incredible 5-Star Experience!
I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was flawless – the staff was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had an amazing view from my balcony. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive every single day.
The amenities were top-tier – the pool was stunning, the spa treatments were heavenly, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had, with a huge variety of fresh and delicious options.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. Every little thing felt thoughtfully curated to create a perfect guest experience.
I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

Great
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was excellent—from the warm welcome at check-in to the comfortable and clean room. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.
The location is very convenient, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The facilities were well-maintained, especially the pool and fitness center. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options.
Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. It provides great value for money and makes your stay truly enjoyable.
BBen_inChinaWhat a resort!! Wow! Although not perfect.. the facilities and the rooms, villas and surrounding customer service.. all the staff, simply amazing 👏 we really appreciated to have such care and attention at each step of our stay. The villa for 2 bedroom also amazing and it was very kind of the reception manager to allow us to see the 3 bedroom villa for our next stay.
One small thing.. the food in the restaurants on half board could do with a little more options and also the breakfast. All was a little too spicy or Asian.
Regardless of anything, we will be back!

WWatanaRoom nice & clean same as the display, but has only one (1) plug on the top of bed.
I think it is not enough when you have more than two devices (iPhone, iPad & etc...)
The elevator needs to be maintained immediately, and the certificate expired since 23 February 2025.
The best thing in this hotel is the location just across the street to ”Central Festival Shopping Mall.”

DdavidNo slippers, tooth brush or toothpaste. But was mentioned in the booking so I should have checked again. The linen may have been washed with very strong detergent so I ended up scratching a bit. The front desk were mostly nice especially the morning shift but I wanted to extend and the evening front office used the excuse that the cleaning stops at 4 pm. Prices have gone up since my last visit and I got a single room where I paid almost the similar for a junior suite. There was a message in the lobby that said no wifi in the rooms during my stay and I was quite upset inside but on enquiry they mentioned that it had been fixed. So why the message/notice. It's under new management I heard so perhaps the changes mentioned but price wise it may not be value that I received 5 months ago.

PPeter LlA not bad location away from either hustle and bustle Pattaya city and bus station (Pattaya <>Ekamai BTS Station for a self guided tour), walk on foot distance either way for around 20 minutes! Perhaps its roof top 7F under construction, the outdoor swimming pool is kind of lack of maintenance, still this is friendly, spacious and a reasonable price hotel for staying a couple of nights there and having some fun (nearby Pattaya Tiffany Show, massage streets and shopping center)in Pattaya.

TThin Lai Lai WaiIt’s beside the main road so that it is convenient to go .However , there is no seven near hotel . The key from hotel is a bit old so it is hard to open .I have to call security to open to the door whenever I come back from outsides. The bathroom is also clean .It is affordable to stay as a budget traveler
