My daughter loves the swimming pool and kids facilities
here, and then we came back to stay in this hotel again.
Hotel staff is helpful
Breakfast is OK, variety of food. But coffee is bad, too strong. Need to improve

It was a very busy day. All the rooms are fully booked out. This hotel is kids and pets friendly. The reception was quite slow. The breakfast buffet is so nice with variety of food.

Big comfortable room that was cleaned everyday, Good view and balcony from the room, nice breakfast, friendly & helpful staffs, however no direct access to Jomtien Beach, convenience if have your own transport.

Located at Jomtien zone but not adjacent the beach
Easy to find and have more lots to park
Quick check-in but no welcome drinks
The room is quite wide and clean; The building has 5-6 floors
Good swimming pool with slider for the child but the water color looks green due to the floor
Breakfast as a buffet, very yummy and many assor**ents

We stayed here for 5 days but changed 3 different hotel rooms. The old rooms had lots of mosquitoes and toilet sewage blocked problems. Personally I would not come back again.

This hotel is only average at best. The rooms are clean. Housekeeping is really slow… cleaned room after 5pm 🙄 after I had to go ask the front desk to clean it. Breakfast buffet was not bad. Underground parking is nice. The hotel caters to mostly Thai people so my wife expected the delays and other issues.

The hotel is quite near Suang nongnuch. The room is quite big. But the building is quite old. Swimming is a little bit dirty. Breakfast is simply nothing special.

We had been this place many times
Nice hotel ,good location and value
Thank you for upgrading us to delux premium room , room are clean and big , breakfast was good a lot of section,but the bad thing is bell boy they are ignored when we arrived at hotel lobby they just look at us and then back to continue talking with other staff anbout 3-4 people without say hello and ask for helping this is make hotel low standards.

Nice services. Pet friendly. Not close to the sea but provide transportation every hour.

House Keeper forgot to lock our room. The door still open every one can get in. This is not acceptable for Hotel in Centara group. If something lost from the room. Who will incharge this?
No clean room. No change sleeping blanket . No Pick up trash. Have cockroaches in the bathroom. Have cobwebs behind the toilet bowl.

Big room with reasonable price. Good for family. Plenty of parking.
Old and small kid club with smell.
Need to wait for room to check in until 15.30
