The view is amazing, you can access both buildings. Location is close to the beach and to many restaurants and central Pattaya (mall) .. so yes, I recommend!

Location is both very good and very bad. If you are looking for closeness to amenities, it is perfect. At the same time, it's really bad due to loud music from the restaurants and bars at night that will make your night miserable. Also, many flats are rented to tourists with an unsuitable mixed up. But that didn't cause a lot of problems as security guards are actively involved to keep the environment friendly.

Was great stay at the Base Pattaya , cozy apartments nice pools and view .

The swimming pool on the 31st floor is very beautiful, but the elevator here is very slow and cannot accommodate many people at a time.

The check I is a bit aggressive with a 3 pm and code access..3 lifts for hundreds of people and luggage. Rooftop pool is stunning BUT not for sunbathing Only 8 beds.. was uncomfortable if you got one. With people waiting looking and judging. Condo apartments not for us..prefer hotels with a bit of service..

Strategic location to almost everything. Exterior building looks grand but not the interior unit, abit off. Anyhow, it doesn’t matter seems it’s only a place to sleep. P/S: much appreciated for the early check in. As we travelled from Bangkok early morning and reached Pattaya quite early. Owner are easy to communicate with and the instructions are simple and precise. Thanks for accommodating!

Was OK The location is great It's good for it's price The only problem we had with the residence is that the water was really low in the shower And we ask if we can put our luggage for an hour and they answered really unpleasant

Central located and clean accommodation, suitable for 1 or 2 pax. Easy and clear instructions for checking in and out. Highly recommended.

Very dirty apartments. Location is good but the very long driveway is very annoying to walk multiple times a day and most taxi's are not allowed to enter have to wait at main road. Again apartments are very dirty. We booked 2 apartments. One on 18th floor and there was rat poison tucked away in the corners of the kitchen floor!! One apartment on the 21th floor was just as dirty and bed sheets very dirty. Very hard bed matrasses. There is no food anywhere near and food deliveries do not come here. No reception service so no one will help you with questions. To check in you have to call the owner but it's a china phone number and with a tourist sim card we were not allowed to make international calls out of Thailand. So big problem. We spend 2 hours trying to check in and gain access to the keycard mailbox. Luckily another visitor helped us out contacting the owner that's how we eventually got hold of the room's keycards.

Location is far from walking street room is clean but no service at all and impossible to contact the host check-in is later 3 pm and checkout is early 11 I don't recommend it because of the lack of services

Fantastic location and can’t say anything bad about the rental itself, all went smoothly, our only complaint is that apartment was not clean, it was not like super dirty but like kitchen appliances were just put back to cabinet but they were all dirty, luckily had all cleaning stuff available, same for floors, if you stay longer, it would be good to have proper cleaning available (no have), washing machine was good and we managed to wash all clothes and towels in daily basis, but, just need to go to 7-11 to buy detergent etc. price wise 10 of 10, location 10 / 10 , owner communication 10/10 and cleanness 6/10,
