A very good place, just few steps to sophia church. Reception is nice and helpful, will come back here again

Almost all rooms smells cigarettes, but mine room was okay. The room is not soundproof, can hear clearly whatever thing happen next door, the worst part is about the insect and cockroaches in the room. I am pretty sure the cleanliness problem is the main cause. The room service only change your tower and restock the toiletries, they will not changing your bed linen until your departure, sadly. The location 10 minutes walk to the main attraction, only closed to hagia Sophia just the next building, there is no view at my room, the view is just parking area. Parking provided for guest. Elevator is accesible to all guest, and heater in room works really good! It is just the insect and services for the bed, must change everyday. The reception is awesome, trying their best to communicate in English.

Exceeded our expectations. Helpful and friendly reception. Prompt room cleaning service. Comfortable bed and mattress with electric warmers. Location is very close to Daoli market, St sophia’s church and Zhongyang Street and next to a simple restaurant.

The hotel is very well located, the room quite big and the bed comfortable. Cleanliness can be improved and they don't offer room cleaning. They don't speak English and can't provide any trips advice.

The location is great, the rooms are simple but clean and cheap, so I have no complaints. However, I was required to pay a 100 yuan deposit upon check-in, even though this was not stated in the hotel information.

The inside of the kettle is really dirty. I changed it but it's still the same. The paper towels are dirty when I wipe it inside the kettle, and the water is yellow when I boil it. I dare not use it anymore. 2. I clearly booked for four nights, but the counter staff kept thinking it was for three nights. In fact, the paper order also said four nights when I checked in. If there was a problem at the beginning, why would they let me stay? In the end, it was proved that the misunderstanding was resolved because of their internal information. I didn't blame them, but I still felt bad. Fortunately, I reserved an hour for the ride. It would have been terrible if I missed the train because of this. Overall, it's not bad, and I hope the hotel can improve the above shortcomings so that customers will be willing to come again.

It is very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, Central Street and Daoli Market. There is Metro Line 2 nearby, so transportation is convenient. The room I stayed in was at the very end. The heating was not very strong, but it was just right with a quilt on, so it wasn't too hot. The front desk was very patient.

The environment is terrible... I think the quilt was not changed. I saw the aunt was cleaning. I guess it was changed every few guests. This is the second one. It's so disgusting. The first time I found it was under the pillow. Later, I pushed it to the ground and didn't take a photo. Later, I shook the quilt and another one came out😨... The price is cheap, so you can just stay like a youth hostel, just sleep and have a place to stay... And when you check in, you have to pay a deposit of 100. There is still a deposit these days... I haven't encountered a deposit for many years. Only five or six years ago, I occasionally encountered a deposit.

The environment is good. I have a light sleep, so the boss specially reserved a room near the yard for me. The hygiene is very good. It has changed a lot since my last visit. It should be newly renovated. The bed is also hotter than before. It is very good and recommended.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Harbin Railway Station, Daoli Market, Sophia Church, and Central Avenue. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from Harbin Station North Square to the hotel, and you can get off at one subway stop. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to Daoli Market, and Sophia Church is opposite Daoli Market. It is also a few minutes' walk to Central Avenue (14th Street). I stayed in Room 409. It was not very convenient to place items in the room. There was no suitable place to put charging devices: mobile phones and power banks. The plug at the head of the bed was loose. If you charge at the head of the bed, you either occupy the only bedside table or put it on the bed. The kettle also needs to occupy a plug. I chose to charge under the TV. There was no cabinet there, so I charged it on a chair. The shower water in the bathroom was OK, but the only thing was that there was water accumulation. The shower water could not be drained away in time, and my feet were submerged. I had to turn off the water and wait for the water to drain away before washing. In the last one or two days, I was too lazy to wait for the water to drain, so the shower water flooded the bathroom, and it was inconvenient to go to the toilet. There was water all night. I suggest the boss to remove the glass fence that cannot be closed to facilitate drainage.

Very close to Hagia Sophia. city ​​center. Find peace and quiet in the midst of noise. A few minutes walk to Central Avenue. Very cost-effective

The environment is very good, and the two boss ladies are also very nice! There are many restaurants around, and the bus stop is right at the door, so it is very convenient to go anywhere. There is also its own parking lot. I will stay here again next time I come
