This hotel is worth the price overall. The location of this hotel is decent, and it only takes you 20 minutes to walk to the beach.

Location wise is good but old hotel 🏨 like each and everything in room is old...

A bit difficult to find I must say, but once you did, it’s quite easy and nice. Swimming pool is open 24/7, loved it, absolutely an enjoyment. Girls at the reception are wonderful to talk to, full of laughters. Wonderful chitchatting service jajajajajaja

The room is affordable and worth for the services and stay. The staff are friendly, and helpful to us. The air conditioning is not cooling down the hot temperature at the day time but it is okay at night. Smoking in the common air conditioning room is not okay for non smokers but these guests are friendly and offer green tea to those who come to sit at the reception. We Could not use the beautiful pool as they just cleaned the pool that day.

Hotel is very old,but they paint the building and in the photos look okay. No amenities, very old power point, bathroom, old and smell and noisy air-conditioning. The door are not working. No service ,just for bed. Location and surrounding not good. I would pay only 10$ instead of 30$ .

Room where clean and spacious. Unfortunately the telephone and the tv were not working and the light switch for the living room is very hidden behind the television. Very simple but all over ok

good quite hotel , no breakfast its sad , but okay , 7/11 so close , best thing - its 24/7 swimming pool 🫶🏻 so great community

All in all I had a very pleasant stay at Tycoon Place Garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to everything you need but from the room/balcony it was nice and quiet. The room was clean and had everything I needed. If I had one complaint it would be that the bed was too hard but that being said I was usually too drunk to notice lol. I would definitely recommend. Hope to see you again soon.

The property needs renovation. Basic amenities such as TV was not working. The check out time which was stated 2 pm in the reservation was not allowed and was told to check out before 12 pm. Kindly look into these things.

it over booking,can’t stay at hotel . i think your system will check before confirm booking and pay .

Friendly staff. Pool is great. Comfortable rooms but could do with a touch up of paint. Overall we had a great stay
