The room was spacious and super clean. The bed was ok. Can hear loud music from outside but bearable I guess. Our balcony view was dark and empty. They don’t provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. Shower gel and shampoo bottles were too tiny and too hard to use. Ants walking around the basin area but is ok. We didn’t happen to use the pool. Receptionist was not very friendly but it was ok. Walking distance to a bazaar, the Central Mall and somewhere called Myth which has lots of bar. Quite a few massage places nearby. Not many choice of Thai foods around, more western and Indian restaurants.

Great location, very good hotel, large rooms with balcony, stylishly decorated. This hotel has a nice pool, a restaurant at the front and inhouse massage.
I would highly recommend and will certainly be back.

Super little hotel I always try and stay here when over I can great hotel for the money great beds and pillows and showers -smart tv food a restaurants and top pool 3/4 mins to beach road very good and terminal 21 classy feel and great staff very friendly and professional…

Restaurant staff was very rude: i wanted a coffee but they wouldn't serve me even though half the tables were empty. The waitress wasn't polite about it either.
The room was really great 👍. The swimming pool was also very nice. The cleaning staff and hotel lobby were all helpful and friendly. I would have stayed longer except that the cost doubled.
I think if not for the restaurant experience i would give it 5*.

Everything okay except the Wi-Fi. If they ever have a contest for worst Wi-Fi in Pattaya my money would be on this hotel.

Rooms a little dated, but still functional and beds are comfortable. Plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff.
