I stayed at Hilton Pattaya recently to celebrate a special occasion, and everything was just perfect. The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The room itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful, from check-in to check-out, room service staff, and their IT department, I didn’t know how to connect my phone to their TV and they were happy to assist me. They even prepared for us with a small birthday treat, which was a very thoughtful touch. The rooftop bar is definitely a must-visit great atmosphere, drinks, and an incredible sunset view.
Location is also super convenient. It’s right above Central Festival mall, so there’s plenty of food, shopping, and even a cinema right downstairs.
Overall, I had a great experience and would 100% come back again. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking to relax with a beautiful view.

We were not impressed. Not worth the money.
Room facilities worked intermittently.
Only nice thing about the hotel is the view from the room which I posted.
Overall we will not stay there again.

Very clean hotel with friendly service and an excellent location just steps from the beach. Central Mall is also sharing the space with Hilton so it’s convenient for meals, coffee, and shopping. I loved the pool and the poolside food service but the water was cold! Overall, highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Pattaya.

The good: located right above central festival and balcony affords a spectacular view of the sea.
The bad: dated facilities. Bath tub with no hot water. Heavy toilet slide door which woman and children will have difficulty moving.
Summary: I paid a premium for the view, will not stay here again just because I do not think it's worth the price. Service staff were all friendly and professional.
