Thank you for such a wonderful experience at such great price;)  It was actually my birthday and our wedding anniversary get away. The staff was really friendly and professional. We have received a complimentary champagne in our room on arrival which was very lovely. The customer service was great and cleanliness of the room was high quality. We definitely recommend staying at Crown Promenade and will certainly be back in the future 🙏

The Crown Tower Perth Front Desk charged me additional breakfast cost for 1 adult and 1 child which i already paid in Trip.com. During check-in, I mentioned to the hotel front desk that i booked breakfast for 4 pax. Subsequently I have to contact Trip.com and hotel to ask for refund. However the hotel still charged me credit card service charges due to their mistake. Their front desk’s service is really bad experience to me.

Service There are 2 cards one for elevator and room which is inconvenient especially after long and unpleasant check in the card didnt work and we had to go back and luckily the concierge who helped was more friendlier and helpful compared to the lady at check in
