BBebe313The room was extremely spacious, featuring two full bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and a lovely balcony – perfect for relaxing and enjoying some fresh air.
The layout was ideal for families or groups, offering plenty of space and privacy. The thoughtful design and generous size made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable.
Combined with the hotel’s unbeatable location in the town center, and the friendly, welcoming staff, this room was a standout highlight of our trip. I highly recommend Hotel City Zürich if you’re looking for space, comfort, and style in the heart of the city!

GGuest UserI had paid in advance at trip.com, but I was about to pay double at check-in (T_T) When I told the hotel man, I was told that I had just started trip.com and I can't help it. I think, It was a card payment, so I'm glad I noticed. The response is very good!

WWZzanI took a car from the airport to the train station, and then it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the hotel. I arrived around 11 PM. Fortunately, I had received an email beforehand with the entry code, so getting the key and checking in was very smooth. The location is excellent, quite close to nearby attractions.

GGuest UserThe location was very convenient, near a station with many lines. You can't enter from the front of the building, so you have to go around to the back. There are two key boxes lined up, and the key comes out from the one that matches the key code. The key code will be sent to you by email from the hotel immediately after booking, and you can get the key code by entering the necessary information.
I read a lot of reviews, so I was pretty prepared, but it was less inconvenient than I thought it would be.
The shower had a curtain, so the toilet didn't get flooded. The amenities were a gel that included body soap and shampoo (as is the case everywhere in Switzerland), so if you are concerned about that, I recommend bringing your own body soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
The TV didn't turn on. The window didn't close completely, so I blocked it with a weight. The walls are thin enough that you can hear the neighbors walking and the phone ringing, and the building is old.
Checking out is also done by putting the key in the box. It feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel.
I stayed for one night and checked in late and checked out early, so it didn't bother me too much and I thought it was reasonable considering the price.
