This new hotel is great! The exterior and lobby have a refreshing light blue, minimalist style. The front desk staff were all very welcoming and check-in was fast. Special shout-out to Ms. Xiao Zhen for her attentive service; she answered all our questions. The room was clean with new facilities, a good wet/dry separated bathroom, and plenty of hot water in the shower. The mattress was comfortable, and there was a large TV on the wall. Breakfast was decent too. I felt it offered good value for money, and the location is only 2km from Qionghai High-Speed Rail Station. I recommend it! A small suggestion: the internet connection could be improved.

The short walk to the beach was a huge plus, with convenience stores nearby and charming little coffee shops along the way. The swimming area was beautiful and relaxing, especially for families. The service deserves special recognition. The receptionists went above and beyond to help us and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The only small disappointment was that I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, and unfortunately, the bathtub wasn’t there. That said, this was the only downside in an otherwise fantastic experience. My kids loved it, I loved it, and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for having us and for creating such a warm, comfortable space for families to relax and recharge. Highly recommended.
