This new hotel is great! The exterior and lobby have a refreshing light blue, minimalist style. The front desk staff were all very welcoming and check-in was fast. Special shout-out to Ms. Xiao Zhen for her attentive service; she answered all our questions. The room was clean with new facilities, a good wet/dry separated bathroom, and plenty of hot water in the shower. The mattress was comfortable, and there was a large TV on the wall. Breakfast was decent too. I felt it offered good value for money, and the location is only 2km from Qionghai High-Speed Rail Station. I recommend it! A small suggestion: the internet connection could be improved.

The scenery is very good, the location is a bit biased, but because the window is Wanquan River, it is very cool and the lighting is very good and it feels very comfortable. Because Qionghai is small, it is not delayed to live here.

This is a great place to stay, a little hard to find as it’s on such a massive complex. Thankfully a kind person drove me to the correct building. The landlady was great and happy to communicate. The room was very clean and the balcony very good. My only warning is that I closed the balcony door while I was in the balcony smoking and the door would not open to let me back in. There is no handle on the outside of the door and so I was left outside for 15 minutes trying to open it. The landlady said she would send someone up to help but thankfully I managed to open the door finally (great as I had deadlocked the front door). The apartment is lovely as is the landlady.
