小區環境優美，物業管理也很精細，160平米的房間很大，離海邊很近，適合家庭出遊居住，離吃飯一條街也不遠。

總體很漂亮，是個令人放鬆的地方，住宿中間出現沒電的問題，客服也能及時解決。公寓離海邊不遠，匹配有大型游泳池，這點值得表揚。

住房體驗還是很棒。

好幾年前是亞洲灣四星級酒店的一部分，生意不好做後把一棟樓轉手給其他私人繼續經營。因此缺點特別明顯，優點也特別明顯。 缺點 1.房間設施：十分陳舊，櫃門吱嘎響，洗漱盆破破爛爛。電視機極小。陽台曬衣架銹跡斑斑，浴缸早已廢棄。 2.衞生條件：極差。為啥？洗漱台裏有一衹死螃蟹！不知怎麼打掃的。 3.服務：管家不錯，有求必應。 4.售後：極差。不知老闆在哪裡找到的暑假工，死螃蟹事件處理把人都要氣死，最後直接不説話。也不知他們的溝通是怎樣的，我是連住2天，結果第二天一大早9點多就接到客服催退房的消息，直接給整無語了😒。 優點：1.依靠亞洲灣原有資源，可以免費泳池游泳。 2.以低廉的價格擁有非常棒的海景觀賞。3.步行海邊衹需要幾分鐘。

總的來説還不錯，各方面都還是令人滿意的。民宿離海邊也近，和對面亞洲灣國際酒店共享同一個游泳池，性價比蠻高的，晚上還可以在沙灘上浪漫散步，旁邊還有水世界公園，路邊還有免費停車的地方。❤入住的管家也非常貼心的把停車示意圖提前發過來，相當nice。從預訂到入住到退房，都非常省心，效率都相當絲滑🤭。
