AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean and hygienic, the decoration is relatively new, the location is OK, the hotel provides free breakfast, the food variety and quality are OK! One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

HHenryHUNG2023Nearby is Wandu Square and many restaurants. There are plenty of parking spaces in the ground and underground parking lots. It is not noisy after closing the windows on the 11th floor. The soundproofing is average. The surrounding rooms can hear the door open and close. The water pipe under the wash basin on the 6th floor is leaking and the warranty has not been solved several times. Stayed for 11 days because the work was not completed and I had to continue to live for more than a week

The hotel is conveniently located and travel is particularly convenient; the room is clean and tidy, the lighting is transparent, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is also very good, and the night sleep is particularly stable. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the service is meticulous and intimate, from check-in to check-out, it makes people feel very comfortable. The overall environment is elegant and quiet, the details are full, the price is super high, it is a super healing place on the journey, it is highly recommended, and will definitely come again next time!

肥肥苹This is the second time I have lived in this apartment. I regret that I didn’t find it before. Not only is the location good, the boss is warm and thoughtful, responsive, the apartment is clean and hygienic. Mainly I still look at the restaurants around the apartment. There is a good place for franc beauty and pastime opposite the apartment. And the price is fair, I really like it very much, this apartment is not one of my choices in the future
