This famous hotel is the best inn I have ever stayed in. Because the traffic jam came late, I didn’t expect the boss to wait for us at the front desk. I also upgraded our room for free. The most surprising thing is that there are moon cakes and sugar water for us. The lobby manager and the boss are very friendly. I gave my baby a lot of food and balloons, the whole feeling is very good, really worth recommending! (Thank you the innkeeper and staff for waiting for us so late ～)

Extremely satisfied! The service was exceptional from start to finish. Even before arriving, they answered all my questions thoughtfully. During my stay, they were incredibly responsive to every request, and I even received a parting gift when I checked out. The room facilities were fantastic, and because there weren't many guests, they proactively upgraded my room. The room was well-equipped, and the guesthouse's scenery was absolutely beautiful – it felt like I was living right inside a picturesque landscape. They also provided complimentary tickets to the tea plantation, which is very close by, though I'd say it's an optional visit. It's also not far from the Heshun Karst Cave, so you can easily stop by if you're in the area. Plus, there's passion fruit picking right outside, and the breakfast was delicious!

It is also equipped with tea sets and tea leaves. I can brush my phone while drinking tea. The washing area is separated from the shower area. The wash tray is very large and very good. The reception staff were greeted with smiles in and out. It was especially intimate that they also took the initiative to help me take the washed clothes to the balcony to dry. When I returned to the room at night, I was very happy to see the clothes that had been dried. This is too warm. 👍👍👍

It is still very comfortable to come to Chocolate Kingdom in the off-season. Compared with the Spring Festival, there are very few people now, and no one competes for hot springs in the public area. Moreover, the villa's hygiene is well maintained during the off-season, and the living room and guest rooms are all tidy. At first, I was worried that they were not taken care of carefully. The housekeeper was also very considerate, greeting us as soon as we arrived and helping us with our luggage.

The receptionist was warm and hospitable, even lending us playing cards for entertainment, which was very thoughtful. The restaurant's dishes were authentic and delicious, using ingredients grown and raised on-site, ensuring freshness and health. The owner was also very welcoming and generous, even offering us sweet potatoes to try during our meal – a truly thoughtful gesture. The restaurant also offers karaoke, mahjong, and other entertainment options, providing a wide range of leisure choices. Located next to the river, it's perfect for fishing; I definitely want to try it next time! Overall, a perfect experience, I'll definitely come back again – absolutely fantastic!

4. This is the second time I stayed at this Vienna Hotel. Both times I came with my children. The handsome guy at the front desk remembered that we had been there last time and gave us two buffet breakfasts. Haha, I was very happy. I booked a twin bed and put them together for my child to sleep in. It's very big and we can roll around as much as we want, haha ​​(my baby is quite naughty). The next day we went to the restaurant for breakfast. My son liked the spring rolls very much. The aunt said they were handmade and the ingredients were very fresh. Haha, I felt safe eating them. Next time I come to Yingde with my baby's father, I will book this store.

Soaking in the hot spring, I could gaze at the distant mountains and greenery, and at night, I could even stargaze. The ambiance was absolutely perfect. The hot spring water was crystal clear and rich in minerals; my skin felt incredibly smooth after a soak, and all my fatigue just melted away. The hotel's commitment to changing and sanitizing the water for every guest made me feel completely at ease about the hygiene. The room itself was spacious and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel's location is wonderfully serene yet not too far from the action, and the air is fresh. It's perfect for both couples' getaways and family trips. It's already on my 'revisit' list, highly recommended!

The rooms are independent villas, seemingly nestled in the mountains, which is quite unique. If you enjoy nature, you'll find it very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent; they showed you to your room. It would be even better if the hot spring and karaoke facilities were also available during the day. As for breakfast, it was just adequate; you can't expect too much more.
