The room was nice but dated and needs a renovation. The bathroom was pretty poor though with really mouldy shower that leaked all over the floor and a broken toilet seat. The staff however were brilliant at trying to resolve it but unfortunately couldn't so we came to an alternative arrangement, which was appreciated. Long beach is nice but a bit quiet and a boat taxi away from most of the bars and restaurants. That's fine for some so just be aware of that.

They booked us in room A3 which gives you a sea view when seating outside,the breakfast buffet was adequate enough,seems we got a great deal booking 6 months ahead as the price doubled by march

The room was nothing like the pictures, the hotel is very old and you can tell… also very noisy. But at least was close to the pier. Also the staff is nice and try to leave some details

This hotel has mixed reviews . I stayed there at the end of August and I’d say it’s not too bad or that different from nearby hotels . The hotel is right by Long Beach beach , they have a small pool by the entrance. They have a restaurant and a bar just next door. The room was nice and big the only downside was the shower , it was old and rusty but quite clean . I think they just need to do a few renovations. It wasn’t loud pretty peaceful and the breakfast on the second day was nice too. The staff is very very nice and always ready to help you with anything. They sent a water taxi to bring me to the hotel from the pier and take me back after I checked out. They also helped me book my speedboat to Phuket. Honestly the only bad thing is that it’s a bit old. The bathroom needs serious help . No bad smells and only saw one single gecko the whole time I was there . I’d probably stay there again when I have a travel buddy .

It’s your average resort with an amazing location. Don’t expect highly maintained facilities or a soft bed at this resort. They are functional and adequate. The staff are friendly and they offer a wonderful breakfast. Two words - Banana Samosas. It’s really about the location and not much else to write about.

The place is simply divine! We lived in the very first house from the beach with a mini pool. We traveled with a 5-year-old child. A boat meets you at the pier with a sign and when checking in and out at certain times there is a free transfer to the main pier of Psi-Phi Tonsai. The house is spacious, there is everything, the quality of cleaning of course leaves much to be desired. Dirty plumbing, dirty shower, old TV with three channels, but we did not go for this and we were not particularly interested in this. Cleaning in general cleaned well, every day, changed towels, cleaned sand, just everything in the room is a little old. But this place is simply amazing and this is island life, we understood this and did not expect anything more. Therefore, for this money, living in such a place is just great !! Right by the beach there are schools of fish, different ones, we fed them a little and they circled around us. Breakfast is generally good, but monotonous. there is everything and quite tasty, omelettes, toasts, vegetables, fruits, coffee, tea, cereal with milk. Not super friendly staff, but if there are questions, they solve them on the case. The beach is just wonderful, quick access to it also pleased us, clean, quiet, cozy! You can walk to eat in neighboring hotels, since the restaurant in this hotel closes quite early. Nearby is the pier, from which you can sail to the city, you can take your own boat and sail to the neighboring islands, all the most beautiful places are very close and they are incredible! There is a mini-store nearby in the neighboring hotel, there is also a very tasty restaurant. The place is simply unique, and we were delighted and want to definitely come back !!

I really liked the hotel in the form of bungalow houses. Some people write that it is old, but it is in a quiet place. I liked everything, both the location and the cleanliness of the room, regular cleaning, polite staff, everyone says hello. Cleanliness on the beach, its own sun loungers, a swimming pool. From the buffet line - modest, but I will always find something to eat and will not leave hungry. Fruits are different every day. They even gave bread to feed the fish in the sea. Keep in mind that they have a free transfer from / to the pier. We did not know and dragged all our suitcases and things on ourselves

I really liked the hotel, the room is clean, does not smell of dampness (which is very important), the smell is pleasant, the room was standard and the impressions were better than expected, the beach in Phuket here is the best (Long Beach) and we were on different ones, only the Similan Islands are better) there is a very large variety of fish, all we did was swim with masks, the fact that the house was not on the 1st line did not bother me much, having to climb the stairs a couple of times, one day out of 4 monkeys came in the evening, even a mother with a baby, it was very interesting to watch them, no one offended anyone, neither they us nor we them))) so such a neighborhood was even interesting) the staff is very attentive, there was a wound on my leg from a prick, the girl from the reception very carefully treated the wound and bandaged it 👍 I want to come back but for longer !!!!!!!

We booked a superior room with breakfast for 14,062 rubles for 2 nights for two on April 26-28. In the wishes we wrote a preference for the 2nd floor with a beautiful view. They gave us room 211. It is far from the beach, with a beautiful view and just on the 2nd floor. About the room: it is huge, floor-to-ceiling windows with an exit to the balcony, and a side window with a beautiful view of the sea. The only downside is the door to the next room, of course it is locked, but you can hear everything the neighbors say through it. The water is hot without interruption. There are toothbrushes, paste, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion, soap. Bath towels, face towels and hand towels. There is a TV, refrigerator, safe, thermal pad, everything for tea and coffee. There is a swimming pool on the territory. There is a shower behind the restaurant to wash off sea water and sand. Breakfasts are delicious, varied, with a beautiful view of the sea. There is a boat rental point next to the hotel. We rented a boat for 1800 baht for two and went to the island of Phi Phi Ley. The exit to the island is paid separately 400 baht per person for 1 hour. From the hotel there is an exit to the most beautiful beach on the island of Long Beach, where the water is crystal clear and fish are right at your feet. But you need to be careful, there are sea urchins there. Take masks and enjoy the underwater world. Boats from the hotel take you back to the pier for free.
