Very nice hotel good value for the money Hotel in need for good cleaning and Maintenance , Location is good not far but still in good location

Near to Ton Sai Pier and they arranged pick up plus porter services to and from the pier, which is very thoughtful. Room is spacious and the view is overlooking the beach. Staff are very friendly and go the extra mile. Absolutely happy with my stay.

Ten minutes walk from the port. Very nice view and good atmosphere. Beach isn't so nice over there for swimming though .

The hotel is really old and not well maintained, the pool on the room is ok. But overall the facilities are not very good

Lovely hotel in an idea location, away from the night time noice of Phi Phi and on the beach with stunning views and lovely floral arrangement around the hotel

I requested to cancel my reservation from the hotel, but even though I did it a month early, the hotel did not cooperate at all.That this action is by no means professional.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, beautiful pool. The location is nice as right on the beach but a bit far from main area.

Staff is not communicative at all: we haven't succeed to move the booking because of visa reasons even through support. Ended up just leaving booking to a local friend and even in that case the staff haven't communicated and declined changing the person for a booking so noone was able to use the booking!

This could have been a nice hotel, with clean rooms, friendly staff and a good location. However, all of this was ruined by a horrible experience with rats crawling in the roof. The first night when we went to bed, they were very active, running across the roof at several times during the night. We were terrified that they would show up in our room at some point. Did not believe they were rats at first, but after reading reviews with similar experiences we are 100% sure. I would have picked a generally shittier hotel without rats than this beautiful and nice hotel with the rats.
