帶媽媽在這個酒店度假的 酒店有從碼頭接送行李的 但還希望接的時候可以更醒目點 我們來的時候沒看到 自己拖着過去的 酒店在山腳下所以景觀很不錯還有自己非常漂亮的小院子 把着海邊 也有人就近在玩 整體來講這個酒店我住的挺滿意的 房間內還OK 但不能太挑剔 畢竟島上酒店肯定比普吉蘇梅一線品牌有點差距 但也算知足 工作人員也很熱情

We have stayed on both sides of the island and I prefer this side. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main area of restaurants etc but having a basically private beach is worth it! You can use their beach lounges and little shaded seating but free of charge. Where as the rest of the beach, they cost. Rooms are standard and our shower is kind of outdoors but still would rate our stay a 10/10 and would stay here again! The massages are also super cheap even though they are the hotels masseuses. The walk into the town has the best smoothie hut along the way too!

Terrible experience - ruined our honeymoon We had a truly awful stay at Mama Beach Residence in Koh Phi Phi. This was supposed to be part of our honeymoon, but we ended up cutting our trip short and moving to another island because we simply couldn’t take it anymore. Our room was full of bees – we couldn’t sleep all night. There is no proper window in the bathroom, and the wall between the bathroom and the rest of the room is not sealed, so insects and bugs kept coming in. It was extremely uncomfortable and honestly felt unsafe. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. We were completely misled. When we raised our concerns, not only did the staff fail to help us or offer any solution – they didn’t even offer a refund or any compensation for what was clearly a serious issue. This was supposed to be a special and romantic part of our honeymoon, and instead, it turned into a nightmare. We suffered during our stay and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Mama beach is at the quieter end of the Island, but within a very short walk of the centre with all the restaurants and shops. For us this was perfect. The islands can get very busy and to have this quieter corner allowed us to get away from this and really enjoy the paradise Phi Phi can be. The rooms were excellent, always clean and with beautiful balcony views over the beach and sea. Breakfast was superb and the snack bar was very handy during the day. As always in this area of the world, the staff were amazing. Polite, helpful and always available.

2nd stay at Mama Beach and it just gets better. Angelo the owner takes pride in every aspect and takes time to talk to his guests. The Staff are so friendly and attentive, always happy which is so nice to see. The breakfasts are the best in Thailand , freshly made to order along with the most perfect view. Yet again we just didn’t want to leave . Would like to say a big thankyou to Addy one very kind and thoughtful lady and the rest of the team . Karen and Dave

This was our second visit to this hotel and I’m sure we will return It’s in a great location 10 min walk from the busy village of Tonsai quite and relaxing The staff are all lovely and really can’t do enough for you from the man at the pier to help with luggage to the owner It’s clean the room was spacious and the bed comfortable The food and drinks were lovely only breakfast could do with a bit of a tweak All in all 10/10 from us

Mama Beach Residence is a peaceful retreat with a private beach and stunning cliff backdrop. Check-in was smooth, and our spacious, clean room was right on the beach—super convenient! The AC worked perfectly, and the hotel is well-located, just 5-15 minute walk to everything (restaurants, partying, tourist shops, pier), yet quiet and serene as it’s at the island’s end. Easily the best place to stay in Koh Phi Phi for relaxation and convenience! 5 star experience, we’ll be back!
