The location is very convenient in the city center, 12th street. Right in front of the hotel is the local food market, which is great for travellers to experience the city's food. And 5 minutes walking distance is Chinatown! 24 hours hot water and coffee in the entrance is very sweet.

Staff is wonderful, super helpful and kind. Very accommodating to our event and all of the attendees! Had wonderful, easy service throughout the whole weekend. The bed sheets had a prior stain. You can tell they were washed but it was an old makeup(?) stain… a little discomforting but everything else was up to par. The elevators seemed to give out fairly easy with constant use. Overall had a great time, will be back!

A very cost-effective hotel. The prices of several major foreign platforms are more expensive than Ctrip. Ctrip's overseas business is good😀 The room is small but complete, with everything a budget hotel should have. The best thing is that the free coffee machine in the lobby can make coffee and milk tea at will, and you can take a mineral water bottle in the corridor to the lobby to get water - this is extremely rare in foreign hotels, saving more than ten dollars. The hotel is located in the downtown area, within walking distance of City Hall and Reading Market, a little far from Independence Hall but on the same road, and can be walked in 20 minutes. It is not recommended to drive there, parking in Philadelphia is too expensive! 52 dollars a night, the hotel has a 20% discount coupon. There are two key points to remember when parking: First, the parking lot where the hotel provides discount coupons is called Parkway Parking Liberty Place, which is in the basement of the mall opposite the hotel. Don't go to the wrong parking lot! Second, you must choose hourly at the entrance, don't choose the overnight option, so that you can use the 20% discount coupon! When you leave, you can pay by yourself at the machine. First scan the code on the receipt you received when you parked, and then scan the discount code given by the hotel.

Had to wait for room with a safe then when you got room safe didn’t work. Elevator service horrible wait time 10 to 15 minutes with no hallway air conditioning. Bathroom had a town on rack was full lipstick imprint.

The scenery outside the window is good, you can see the Franklin Bridge directly, the surrounding is very safe, the breakfast is also rich, the front desk coffee is casually drunk, there is no microwave in the house, there is in the lobby. Not far from the Independence Palace, the Freedom Bell, Chinatown, about 20 minutes walk. The sanitation is probably clean, I caught two as soon as I checked in.

I was satisfied with the room but not the services. The front desk asked me for $150 credit card deposit when I was checking-in. But my credit card was having some kind of issues and they did not let me in…It’s completely nonsense because I kept struggling with them in the lobby almost an hour. This is the worst part of my solo trip in Pilly.

We had a great stay at the Windsor Suites. Location wise, it’s a 5 minute walk to the City Hall and within walking distance to different establishments. There’s restaurants at the lobby as well. The room was VERY spacious— it had a walk-in closet room with an iron and an ironing board. It had a kitchen space with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils! The room was clean and was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and will highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Philly.
