It was really good we had a private pool in our penthouse so cheap worth every dong the pool is so beautiful also the beach as well would come back

Comfortable resort near airport, big breakfast buffet and comfortable swimming pool.

What was bad. 1- the check-in was fine until the front office tell me that is company policy to hold the passports or do a deposit, of course the deposit was made. 2- cleaning services on the Vila was poor, garbage bags forgot to be taken away, missing towels, and when asked to bring towels, was bring a dirty one. 3- leaking from the wall inside the toilet when using the shower… amazing… only after 3 days, I was able to understand why the toilet was always full with water on the floor. 4- Shuttle service is complimentary, however must be booked in advance, but nobody will inform that, only when you need the service to go to the airport, they will remember to tell you that. 5- furniture and mattress need an urgent update. What was good 1- swimming pool by the beach. FANTASTIC. 2- pool bar service very good too, food by the pool also great. 3-location so convenient, the beach is just amazing.

Close by the Sonasea night market, walking distance was 5 mins but the road to the night market is dark and quiet. Breakfast was only so so, but if you only need to fill up the stomach and get ready to start the day, it is ok. Price and location. Very close to the airport. We only want a place to stay after the late flight. And we have 6 persons in total. Good to have a 3 bedroom to share. No flies inside the villa which is good! The second hotel we stayed has lot of flies.

Sonaga hotel had used very strong fragrant, essential oil candle, to refresh the rooms and it was not a pleasant smell when we initially went into the room. We even had to leave and open all the windows for the strong smell to clear out. Breakfast was dull and not tasteful, this includes basic items such as cooked rice to cakes etc. There is no coffee machine in the breakfast hall and coffee boiled in large pot is placed into the dispenser and its not a good coffee at all. Beds were comfortable. Beach not very clean.

The hotel is very closed to airport. Hotel is very big and swimming pools are also good. Only the gym room is very old and the machines are not very functioned. Breakfast food is ok. If you want to go night markets you may need to choose other convenient location.

Hotel is good. But the room was having bugs. I sat on the chair for a while and felt something bite me. Eventually, i need to see doctor after the trip

Hotel is good. Villa is good. It is near the night market. Walkable distance in around 10-15 mins

The Sonaga beach resort I booked for my vacation on Phu Quoc Island was amazing. reasonable price, very comfortable, cleaning and service was excellent.

Not a bad hotel. But if want to comfy thing try a book diff hotel. Near the airport. Beach was not that clean 3.8/5 Not highly recommended. Btw twin sized bed was quite huge.

Great breakfast spread. Perfect location for a relaxing breakaway by the beach. Lovely pools. Spa was good! Highly recommended!
