Great hotel and incredible value for money. The beach is very clean and the rooms are extremely spacious. The location is very convenient for kids activities

This trip, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with our son, was truly special. They generously upgraded us to a 3-bedroom unit for free. The unit was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, with excellent decor and amenities. The surroundings were beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. Golf cart service was readily available for getting around, which was very quick and convenient. It was also very easy to access nearby attractions like the zoo and Grand World, with a complimentary shuttle service provided. This was by far the most satisfying accommodation we experienced on our Phu Quoc trip. To top it all off, they arranged a complimentary airport transfer for our departure, ensuring we had a truly unforgettable holiday. At this price point, it offered incredible value for money. We would definitely recommend it and will certainly stay here again on our next visit.

Awesome place! Just the food options could be more better!

While most things were good, we encountered an issue with the airport shuttle. The driver charged us 500,000 VND upon arrival at the airport, claiming the service was not free despite being advertised as such. Breakfast was only average. However, the hotel's service and overall environment were quite good.

Location - The hotel is about an hour from the airport but very close to the amusement park.   Hotel - The place feels like it’s been open for 10 years. Our room was a bit old but still okay. We got upgraded to a two-bedroom, probably to keep guests close since the hotel has tons of villas. Toilet didn’t flush well and the seat was broken. *Super be careful everywhere are slippery*  Food - Restaurant service was great—staff were helpful and the food was super tasty. Breakfast had lots of options. Felt bad for the egg station staff though—too many people and they looked overwhelmed.   Service - Front desk was helpful at first. On check-out day, we asked for late check-out and they said yes after checking with the manager. But later, the staff kept pushing us to leave a review. My husband agreed, but they kept asking to the point it felt a bit uncomfortable. I guess they have review targets, but it was too much.  Overall, a decent 4-star hotel.

A Complete Disgrace – Diamond Plus Member Treated Like Trash As a Trip Diamond Plus member, I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars annually on hotels around the world. I know what good service looks like, and this hotel is nowhere near acceptable — not even close. Here’s why this place deserves zero stars: 1. Blatantly Unprofessional Staff: I was accused of a late checkout at 11:10 AM, when my confirmed checkout time was 12:00 PM. Even after escalating it to management and proving my case, the receptionist refused to apologize. Unbelievable arrogance. If this is how they treat their most loyal customers, imagine how they treat everyone else. 2. Filthy Pool – a Health Hazard: The swimming pool was disgusting. Dead bugs floating, piles of leaves, and trash clearly visible. It was so dirty I wouldn’t let anyone near it. An absolute disgrace for a place claiming to be a hotel. 3. Trash-Strewn Beach, Useless Lifeguard: The beach was a mess — plastic bottles, wrappers, and no one doing a thing about it. The so-called “lifeguard” was inattentive, distracted, and clearly didn’t care. Safety? Not even on their radar. 4. Dangerous Road Conditions: The road leading to the hotel was like an off-road track. Broken pavement, unpaved sections, potholes everywhere. Total lack of care for guest access or vehicle safety. 5. Broken and Unsafe Balcony Area: The room’s balcony had cracked, uneven flooring and felt unsafe to even stand on — especially dangerous for families with kids. Clearly no maintenance has been done in a long time. 6. Shockingly Rude Staff Throughout: From check-in to checkout, the staff were impolite, dismissive, and cold. Zero sense of hospitality, no customer care, no accountability. Honestly insulting to experience this level of service as a high-tier member. Final Verdict: If this hotel doesn’t value loyal, top-tier guests, they don’t deserve to be in business. I wouldn’t return here if they paid me. Save yourself the disappointment.

The property is fabulous in terms of the facilities and the size and amenities of the villa. Service at  the restaurants is slow, although the breakfast buffet was quite extensive and scrumptious. Overall, a good property for families

Unforgettable family getaway! We stayed at Melia Vinpearl Phu Quoc with our kids and had the most incredible time. The family villa was spacious, spotless, luxurious and private pool. The kids loved the water park and enjoying water activities. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—always smiling and ready to help. Meals were delicious with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. Free shuttle for vin wonder, vin safari and Grandworld. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return.Highly recommended

Good hotel and good service

Great service, good view

Everything was leisurely and a good memory, and the room service was comfortable. However, the tuk-tuk service was too slow due to the large number of rooms, and there was the inconvenience of having to ride with other people.

Excellent value for money. The breakfast spread was plentiful, and the hotel is conveniently located very close to several major theme parks. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to the parks and the airport. The dinner, however, was a bit inconsistent: it was just average when the hotel wasn't busy, but became much more extensive and varied when there were more guests.

Wonderful hotel. Big spacious room. The club house and the pool is amazing. Superb breakfast. A big shout out to Mr Nghiep, they medical personnel who helped my 11yr old son very kindly with this cut on his foot. Thank you for letting us have such a pleasant stay. Hope to stay at your hotel soon again !

The environment was truly wonderful, and the service was absolutely impeccable.
