The hotel room itself was gorgeous, semi-comfortable bed, the room was cleaned each day and restocked water and toiletries.
The location is pretty good as it is next to Central and also a day/evening market with a 7/11 at the end of the road.
My biggest problem was safety. It doesn’t have a road front lobby so you have to go through a little ally then up some stairs to get to the rooms. The door to the stairs is open 24/7 with no lock so literally anyone could get up into the hotel. The rooms only had a simple handle push button lock and didn’t have any other safety system. The lack of security and not having any reception staff on except when they are expecting guests to arrive/ leave meant the hotel feels very unsafe. As a solo traveller, that is my primary concern. There was a safety issue at one point with a guest being disruptive in the halls, it took about an hour for this to be sorted by a member of staff as I actually had to contact the owner of the hotel who then had to get some staff to the hotel to sort the problem. So even though it is a nice hotel, it wasn’t worth being worried about my safety.

This is by far my favorite hotel in Phuket! 🤩🤩🤩Extremely great value for money! The lady at the front desk is super helpful kind and sweet. ♥️ The rooms are still brand new and in impeccable condition. The photo of the room on the app is exactly the same in actual! Water has heating control as per your preferences. The balcony view is amazing. It has fresh aired rooms not stuffy. All amenities are provided even a wardrobe. The best part of all is IT’s location! The heart of Patong beach. Super near and convenient! Best out of all!
