The location is ok, the room is spacy yet needs upgrades, towel holders falling off, tv not working. the stuff is chinese/thai with limited English speaing abilities. Not much helpful probably coz of the language barrier. Not bad, but there are better options around.

Very impudent, rude, absolutely impolite female staff at the reception. They talk to the client indifferently. Requests and wishes of clients are not considered.
There is no elevator in the building. And if you have heavy luggage, then no one will help you lift it. The stairs are steep on the way up.
There is a piece of paper in the room, if you spoil something, then you will have to pay extra money. With all this, we were given towels with rusty stains. Also in the toilet there are tablets for cockroaches, a line of ants crawled on the table.
NO HOT WATER. And the fact that it says hot on the taps is nonsense. There is no hot water.
There is a kettle and two bottles of water.
Our room overlooked the roadway. Very noisy and light from the air conditioner.
