Average hotel with budget price. I stayed in ground floor this time but no terrace. But upper floor room are nice. Overall not bad. I recommend

The place is not noisy in comparison with other hotels, because it’s just right next to boxing stadium. Pool is clean and view is stunning over whole Patong Beach. The rooms are required renovation but a big plus is a bathroom.

The hotel is very good, clean, near to Banzaan food centre, walking distance only 10 minute to Jungceylon and Bangla Street. We stayed for 4 night and enjoy for shoping and very happening for night market along Bangla Walk.

Let's first start with something good of the hotel. Reasonable cost within budget, near Bangla street, opposite of banzaan market ( seafood market), next to jungceylon. WiFi is actually working but sometimes will be poor signal. Just have to be patient. I stay in L2, balcony is facing an empty field. Not sure what it is but luckily there has not foul smell and less noise in room. Toilet is abit dimmed and floor trap may need to clear up abit as floor is always stagnant on top . Bed is clean, no bugs, and free 2 bottle water daily.

The location was perfect right beside or behind jungceylon mall. Cons is next to the boxing stadium...very noisy at night time, can't sleep...no sound proof. Otherwise all is fine and value for money.
