We stayed in the Busakorn Wing. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was nice, and the staff were kind and helpful. The location is convenient for walking to Jungceylon and Patong Beach. Highly recommended.

Nice location near to hard rock restaurant phuket. Superior breakfast with lots of choice. Near to shopping. Only demerit can't use all swimming pool. Would have choose better room that can use all. IHG member need to book direct not trip to accumulate points.

Convenient location.  Good amenities. Buffet breakfast has a lot of choices of different cuisines. Services also good. No complaints.

We loved staying there, we were therteon holidays and then we stayed at hotel near patong beach

Very nice hotel, the room was really big and beautiful. The location is good for Patong. But not if you do not like patong. Is very busy and the beach is not clean. We had an issue with a cocroach, quite big, in the bathroom.they should desinfect the place.

Overall good stay, good location and many near by fun activities, family loved it. One thing that we missed it was variety of Indian breakfast, few options were there but very limited and very day few repeated items, please add some more varieties in menu.

Bery nice hotel and stuff The only problem do not take city view room because it is no view no city And at night noise from main street Better take swimming pool view Great stuff who is working their , i hope if they can more Arabic breakfast

Best resort in patong, good location a bit away from the craziness of bangla road, well maintained resort, very friendly staff, great rooms, great breakfast, been there many times never failed and always meet any expecation we had. Recommed the private villa’s with own pool, great for couples without kids.

I booked my stay for 4 days. Initial 2 days of my stay was horrible as aircon was not working. and finally on 3rd day they changed my room with just apology note. Is this kind of joke . 4 start hotel don't check aircon first before allocating.

It was excellent stay with nice atmosphere. service from reception to food services was amazing. It is close to center and beach and good for family as it has kids swimming pool and activities.
