While the location is a bit secluded, it has everything you could ask for. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Its very good place! I hope i will back to it in next year. Combini about 6 minutes, subway about 6 minutes. Ueno about 2 stops. Very good location, pleasure administration. On the morning you can get free coffe and umbrelas if rain is going.

Super comfortable!

Good for family stay, away from city a bit but still able to access underground train

The floor wasn’t so clean and there is no daily room cleaning. The location is pretty convenient when there’s no snow, but unfortunately the snow fell hard during our stay, so it’s difficult to travel with luggage & baby stroller. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Having washing machine & cloth dryer right in the room is a big plus! (Very handy! Love it!)

Near to minowa station, residential area, quite far from shopping center. The soundproof of the room is not that good, we can hear from above room and the corridor, but overall all the guests seem just back for sleep only, so it was not that noisy. For this price, everything seemed good enough.

Our room was very spacious, having a kitchen was a big advantage for us, it was spotlessly clean, it was within walking distance of the metro (you might need to transfer, but it's worth it for the comfort).

I really liked the room with the balcony. Overall, it was a great experience. Shopping and transportation were convenient, the service was excellent, and the cooking and laundry facilities were good. It would be better if there was more storage space for clothes; one hanging rack wasn't enough for three people. Also, the slippers provided were too thin. Even with the heating on in April, my feet still felt cold.

We stayed with our 9-year-old daughter and had a very pleasant stay. Located in a very quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance of Senso-ji Temple and the Skytree Tower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. Free coffee was provided at reception. The apartment had a kitchenette, refrigerator, and a table with chairs for meals, but no dishes were provided. Perhaps you could request some at reception; we didn't. A washing machine was available in the apartment, but there was no detergent; I recommend buying single-dose detergent at any supermarket. In short, a highly recommended place.

Clean, friendly staff, speaks English. Located in Minowa, in a residential area, very, very quiet. There is a water dispenser near the hotel. It is about 8-10 minutes from the train station, there is a Family Mart, and buses pass by in Asakusa. There are few restaurants, but the room has all the amenities. There is no bathtub, but there is a washer and dryer, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. It feels like an Air BnB.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time. It's quiet, peaceful, small, and cozy. The room was clean. When we asked for it to be cleaned, it was done on time. The staff was friendly. The metro is a 15-20 minute walk away. There are shops nearby where you can buy something for dinner. There is a kettle and a stove in the room, but we didn't cook.

Overall, the room was pleasant. It was spacious, clean, bright, and even allowed cooking. Shoes had to be removed before entering. There was a stove, dishes, and a sink for cooking. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas. There were three beds, a washing machine and dryer, a combination lock, and luggage storage. It was about a 10-minute walk from the subway station.
