Everything was great apart from one very unpleasant incident. On one evening my wife and 2 year old were asleep in the room and my friend and I were having a late drink in the lobby. Around midnight my wife called me and said two men had come into the room and switched on all the lights, shouting and woke up the baby who was extremely upset as was my wife. The keys to our room were no longer working. I went to the reception quite visibly shaken up by the incident as anything could happen if strange men are allowed access into your room in the middle of the night - there was a quick apology and told it was a mistake they had given someone else our room. For a 5 star hotel I would not expect such a serious error and would have expected something a bit more by way of apology to make up for the incident.

I love the location, is just beside Nissi beach! Isn’t what ayia Napa about? Hahahaa

Great hotel, excellent food. A variety of restaurants. Excellent location. Excellent children's entertainment team. The hotel staff at the reception and in the restaurants around the pool are not welcoming, don't expect a late check out. They only approve those who book through them. Our flight is at 23:50 and we were left without showers from 13:00 even though we requested a late check-out from the day of booking.

Everything was lovely except the service at the breakfast.

The mattress in room 335 is a disaster! It's time for a new mattress!! Very uncomfortable.

Excellent

The hotel has 5 stars, but it is probably worth checking the stars every year. In the rooms, there is mold everywhere in the bathroom, the plumbing is outdated, old, ugly curtains. Old bed linen, towels and robes. In general, I think such a price is not justified. The advantages are the first line by the sea, a convenient beach, an excellent breakfast and a friendly reception!

The room is a bit old but close to Nice Beach

Disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked a luxury room with a child when I arrived there I was told that it was in the building reserved for adults. I was given a superior room which was not at the same price paid and I was not entitled to a refund of the difference. I do not recommend this hotel it does not deserve a 5 star.

We stayed at the hotel twice this month. The first time with my husband and we were in the adults only wing and the second time now 3 days with our babies. The hotel is in a very good area our room was superior and was new clean and spacious. The pools are large, very convenient for someone with small babies and right next door is the beach of the hotel. The staff is very helpful and polite. The only downside for me is that for some hours we could not find parking especially if we returned late at night. Otherwise I highly recommend it and we will visit it again!
