The attitude of the staff is not good
When I inform the staff there is a cockroach in my room in the evening, there reply is 3 hours later and they just ask me to rest and they will clean the room by the other day
There doesn’t seem to be a immediate response from the hotel

This villa has a good team that serves their guests so well prior to and during the trip. They react super fast and try every effort to look for a solution for any requests. Their shuttle bus to and from Kamala beach is an excellent plus. Also, I appreciate a lot of their help in booking taxi as it is far cheaper than “Grab”.

The Villa is amazing! The location might not be ideal but they provide free shuttle to the Kamala beach. Indeed to anywhere nearby provided on availability.
Hotel staff are great. Prompt in the service and the cleaniness is 5/5!
Recommend for families. The space is fantastic. Take note pool is deep for children. Advice to take the 2 bedroom villa with children pool for those with children.
