Hotel is located in central of phuket. Nearby has many restaurants and bars that you can walk to there. Staffs are very friendly and generous. Room is very clean and bed is in good quality. Will be back again for next visit.

Second time staying here and would have no issues coming back again. The location is exactly what we were looking for, to be able to walk 5 minutes to old town was just ideal. The staff were all really friendly and helped with anything they could.

I like the location of the hotel very centralised and convenient for food and services.
The hotel however did not have an elevator and I had to carry my luggage 3 floors. I walked up and down many times and it’s tiring.

The location was great and it was near the old town. The interior design and the atmosphere were great at the hotel and so was the room. But our room was powered out every time we took a shower, so we needed to call the reception every time. That was the one thing we were disappointed about. And I'm not sure because of this or not, the shower was too hot to take and couldn't adjust the shower temperature at all... It was either water or too hot (feel like about 40+ degree Tempe) So I was struggling to adjust the temperature and the power was out. Hopefully the hotel will fix this issue soon
