酒店很新環境不錯

個人覺得滿意，地理位置還是酒店配套都非常好，房間小就小吧，但總體很舒服自在

很適合帶孩子入住.就是續住很麻煩總是要換房. 如果臨時想續住 第二天要退房在重新辦理入住.其他的都很好 服務也很不錯

The location of the hotel is very good, with 711 and Watsons nearby, and a complete range of dining and massage services. The room is indeed small but sufficient. When we checked in with our child, the staff took the initiative to say that they could make a sofa bed for the child to sleep on, free of charge. There was no additional charge for breakfast for the child. The hotel's swimming pool is also good. The game pool only starts operating at 9 o'clock. It is very convenient to walk to Kata Beach from the back door. Overall, I am satisfied and will choose ozo again if I have the chance.

Close to beach and night market. Room was so clean and new. Stuff was so helpfull. See you soon again :)

The advantage of this hotel is that it is close to Kata Beach. The overall facilities are OK. We booked a sunset twin room, which is quite small. Compared with hotels in Patong, the price/performance ratio is not high!

優點：酒店挺新的 裝修設備還比較新 缺點：訂的豪華日落大床房，房間里居然有個和隔壁連接的門？？？然後隔壁半夜一直大聲説話在屋裡走來走去，隔音特別差，一晚上跟沒睡一樣！第二天找酒店換房，一開始説沒房，後來堅持要換房，給換了個雙床房，又利馬路不遠，旁邊夜市和摩託聲還是能聽見…無語

Everything is within walking distance: 7/11, fruit market, market for a snack, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, massage, etc. Everything is very convenient. And what’s nice is that you have access to the beach through a gate from the hotel premises, which significantly reduces your time. Almost all the hotels on Kata are on the second line and you need to walk a fair distance to the beach, but here the sea is very close. The gate is opened with a room card. The sea is excellent, the sand, the sunset is also excellent, it’s not deep right away. I recommend the hotel, especially for families with children.

The room is nice, clean and tidy, with new facilities, USB charging port, sufficient water pressure, comfortable shower, no smell, rich breakfast, delicious The three swimming pools are great, with small slides, big slides, and massage pools. Children like them very much. The hotel service is also very good. When they saw me taking my children, they took the initiative to arrange bedding and pillows for the sofa bed. The room is cleaned every day around 3pm. The location is excellent. Kata Night Market is across the road from the hotel. There are all kinds of Thai massage and dining places nearby. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to Kata Beach from the back door of the hotel, and it is also a 10-minute walk to the Cliff Internet Celebrity Coffee Shop. Superior rooms may face the street and have some noise, while deluxe rooms have balconies and do not face the street, and you can also dry clothes!

Overall rating: Terrible experience, highly not recommended. 1. Room facilities are at the level of domestic express hotels. The so-called double bed is two twin beds put together. I got 800 plants for putting one bed together. (I thought it would cost extra to change the room type, but it turned out that I just put the beds together) 2. The service is very weird. They do not provide toothbrushes and slippers. You have to go to the front desk to get them by yourself every day; 3. You need to get a card to exchange for the blanket in the swimming pool, and you have to get it in advance. It will not be given after 6:00 pm. 4. Slippers, toothbrushes, and toilet paper are very poor. The facilities of the small roadside hotel are very slippery and can take off at any time if wet. It is best to buy medical repatriation insurance when wearing them in the bathroom. Toilet paper breaks into pieces in one bite. Think about it. 5. Convenience is quite convenient, the front door is quite lively, and there is a back door leading to Kata Beach. Overall, I don’t recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. You can definitely stay in a better place for the money. Don't be fooled by the good reviews and pictures online, this is a fast hotel. It’s equivalent to spending money at Atour or All Seasons in China to stay at a chain hotel for 7 days.
