The location is convenient, with easy access to dining and other amenities. However, if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend it, as there can be motorcycle sounds. The room itself was generally fine and clean, but the air conditioning on the first night was very loud and noisy. The second night, after moving to a room at the back, it was much better.

Good experience. Reception and restaurant staff very friendly. Good location for restaurants and nightclubs, transportation to nearby beaches. Noisy area. Good breakfast.

The hotel is very clean and its design really appeals to Chinese aesthetics. The location is excellent – directly across from Malin Plaza and next to massage shops and a 7-Eleven. It's also about 1km from Patong Night Market, an easy walk away. However, the soundproofing is terrible! It's incredibly noisy! Even rooms on the inner side are loud, especially at night with the constant roar of motorbikes. If you're a light sleeper, you should seriously reconsider.

The guests were gathering at the swimming pool at 2 a.m. I made two complaints. For the first complaint, the staff informed them and asked them to lower their volume. However, after half an hour, the situation was still the same. I was very angry and asked my family to go downstairs to make a complaint again. The staff should be trained to handle this situation professionally, instead of waiting until a guest makes a complaint.

New and good location

A great little hotel at the edge of Patong's busy area, just 500m to the beach, with great food options close by, a market on your doorstep and overall a great value for money stay in Patong Beach.

The hotel is very clean. The pool is a good size and in the shade for most of the day. Quiet location with a good view.

Cleanliness - 3/5 - The room itself was very clean, as was the hotel. However, there was a smell when having the balcony door open and also my air conditioning was leaking one day and smelled bad. Location - 4/5 - in the proximity of a market and a few restaurants but the walk to the beach is a little far in the heat and so is the walk to the mall. Service - 5/5 - Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially at breakfast. Amenities - 5/5 - Provided most things (no toothbrushes or toothpaste) but they also gave chocolates to each room for valentine's day which was very thoughtful!

Wonderful city hotel, small and cozy. Cleaning takes place every day, hotel personnel is always ready to help. Thank you for the pleasant experience in the hotel.
