A great little hotel at the edge of Patong's busy area, just 500m to the beach, with great food options close by, a market on your doorstep and overall a great value for money stay in Patong Beach.

Cleanliness - 3/5 - The room itself was very clean, as was the hotel. However, there was a smell when having the balcony door open and also my air conditioning was leaking one day and smelled bad. Location - 4/5 - in the proximity of a market and a few restaurants but the walk to the beach is a little far in the heat and so is the walk to the mall. Service - 5/5 - Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially at breakfast. Amenities - 5/5 - Provided most things (no toothbrushes or toothpaste) but they also gave chocolates to each room for valentine's day which was very thoughtful!

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff, no noise, except for the sounds of the street. Daily cleaning with a change of linen and towels. The room has robes, beach towels, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion. The balcony in our room was very small, but there was an extra ottoman. The pool is in the shade, but in the heat it is only a plus. The hotel has a small cafe, and food delivery to the room. The dishes are large, delicious! The location is convenient, there is a 7/11 store nearby, the second and third lines, the Malin Plaza market, the beach is relatively close. There were no extraneous odors, the rooms overlooked the street and pink. Many thanks to the staff!
