Very deceiving pictures. For the same price you can book Arinara Resort which is much much nicer with beautiful beach. This is a dump comparatively. Dirty canal right in front of the property. Cheap furniture and basic breakfast. Sofa in my room was dirty with hair. More backpackers style place. Owner is nice but the place is rubbish for the price. One fan for the entire breakfast place. So hot. Air one in room had condensation.

We stayed here again after a previous visit in 2023. The place hasn’t changed and still is spotless clean, good staff and friendly service. Close to all amenities, beach, restaurants, shops and all you can look for. Would definitely visit again and thanks to all for making our stay just as enjoyable as the previous visit. Alan.

I stayed at Pai Tan Villa’s after noticing a strong Tripadvisor rating of 9.2, and while I was hoping for something truly special, my experience was refreshingly honest. After traveling through Thailand and staying in both Instagram-worthy bamboo chalets and upscale hotels, this villa offered a straightforward, no-fuss alternative that really impressed me. The villa is spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. The outdoor area is a highlight—with a pool right at your doorstep, lovely gardens, and even local cats and sizable koi carp adding to the charm. Its location is ideal: close to a beautiful beach and just a short tuk-tuk ride away from bustling markets and diverse eateries. Pai Tan Villa’s caters to all types of travelers. Whether you’re a young adult looking for vibrant bars and nightclubs, a family seeking a safe and relaxing environment, or someone who appreciates a quieter pace than what is typically found in places like Patong or Phi Phi, this property has something to offer. I was initially tempted to keep this hidden gem to myself, but I feel that this family-run hotel deserves recognition for its genuine hospitality and thoughtful service.

We stayed here for three nights at the end of our Thailand tour, we booked the accommodation almost a year ago based on a recommendation and have to say it did not disappoint. The villas are very spacious with a lovely comfortable bed, fridge , TV with a good selection of channels and it was immaculately clean. Each villa has direct access to one of two pools literally within 2 m of your front door. Breakfast is made to order so not a buffet style with a good selection of hot and cold options including all kinds of fruit juice, tea coffees etc serveserved directly to your table. I have to say value for moneywise this was our best accommodation in all of the places that we stayed in Thailand and would definitely return. This is a family run business and although you would not know that it does have that family feel if you are looking to stay in this area I would highly recommend the villas. The staff could not be more helpful with sharing the knowledge of the local area and going out their way to organise things for you. We will definitely be back.

Beautifully situated accommodation nestled like a tropical oasis with villas around two swimming pools. Great sized accommodation Immaculately well looked after. Very near to everything including Beautiful Bang Tao Beach. Scrumptious breakfast and not buffet style but served to ones table. Staff are great too Hicham is a star 🌟

Charm by name and Charming by nature! It is a delight to stay here. The moment I walked in I was greeted by name. The rooms are spacious as is the bathroom. Lots of lush greenery gives the rooms a sense of privacy. It is very quiet but still only a few hundred yards from restaurants etc. Despite all the building work in the area I do hope that it manages to maintain its peaceful ambiance.
