Good location and room service was attentive. Breakfast was basic with limited variety. This compensates for the location that is a walking distance to the main entertainment area and markets. The price is reasonable for a hotel at this area of Phuket.

Was sceptical due to some of the past reviews but was blown away. Staff was friendly and helpful, despite being early, they were kind enough to facilitate early check-in (where available) and help order a taxi to the airport and our other selfish needs; Rooms were immaculate (possibly due to recent renovations but clean nonetheless); Facilities were well maintained and didn't feel awfully outdated; Breakfast had an impressive selection.

The rooms were spotless and inviting. The staff's friendliness and eagerness to help made the stay even better. The location couldn't be more perfect, just a short stroll from the mall and the vibrant Bangla Walking Street.

Upon checked in to the room, was shocked to know basic amenities like toothbrush set wasn't provided. Bedroom slippers also not provided.
Towel just for 1 pax despite indicated for 2 pax in a room.
The housekeeping cleared the towels daily but never top up. Every night, we need to call operators to request for amenities and towels.
Breakfast was so so only. Not much varieties to choose.
