Solid stay for 3 days . I am not complaining but could be better somethings. Check in process annoying because have to give 1000 thbt as deposit or your passport. And there are no other options. Check out was slow.
Other then this gym was solid and pool area is nice. The staff were friendly for most part. The room was big and solid for price but my bed also felt alittle itchy 🥴.

The service throughout our stay was consistently good. The staff were polite, responsive, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options and was well-prepared, catering to both adults and children.
One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool, which was clean, well-maintained, and a definite hit with the family.
Overall, Elite Suites proved to be an excellent choice for a family vacation. I would highly recommend it to those seeking a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Phuket.

Room is as shown in their pic. Nice large pool good enough for lap. Booked without breakfast so didn't get to try.
Room is huge with everything one would need. No bathtub though and shower room is quite small.

The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up! And they have pinoy staff named Friday she is so accomodating and helped us to stay at the lobby and offer the amenities for us to use whie waiting for our flight at night…

Stayed in room 2713.
Always had some kinda smell. Sink and shower sewers were blocked, with water not going down fast enough. The only positive thing can be said about pool and breakfast.
Conclusion: overrated.

It was a nice hotel, with friendly staff. The breakfast was cheap and yummy. You need to walk 10 minutes to reach the beach. The swimming pool was cool
