A suggestion: Perhaps the front desk could provide disposable earphones for guests who play audio loudly, to maintain a better public environment. 2. There's no robot delivery for takeaways, so you have to go downstairs to pick up your food. The takeaway rack is very small, and during peak hours, it's not big enough, so food ends up being placed directly on the floor.
